H.Amazing little find in the market! Having just moved to Hereford we were exploring the town and found this place. The guy who works there (sorry can’t remember his name!) was super helpful explaining all the cuts and what goes together well. He gave us time to sample and decide what was to our taste out of an amazing selection. We ended up getting a selection box which we have demolished and will definitely be back for more! Highly recommend

What I really enjoyed was the passion and knowledge of the owner, it was refreshing to see someone who cared so much about selling meat which was above the normal standard. Places like this are hard to come by. I’ll be returning again for more, the foods sold here are sublime.

M. G.The highest quality produce available from such a knowledgeable, friendly and passionate owner. The Beef Fillet and Mangolitsa Pork Fillet I took home are absolutely stunning! The only problem is we live in Carmarthenshire so can't pop-in on a regular basis. I will however be using the mail order facility. Look forward to seeing you the next time we're in Hereford!

J. H.My mate told me about this fantastic place in Hereford Butter Market. I found it easily and was eating a sample within seconds of entering. The Smokey cured meat was amazing and had to buy a pack for me and my family. Tastes great with booze or sandwiches or even added to stews and meals to add a depth that is to die for. Really recommend it to everyone.
