Always go there for meat as the Butcher Krzystof is always helpful and I now rely on his recommendations. I just tell him what I intend to cook and he gives me the perfect cut of meat for the recipe

I was late arriving at the store on Friday evening 10 minutes before close due to an hour in bad traffic and very stressed . The staff were so helpful in getting me what I needed helping take the trolley to the car and unloading it for me. Although it was the end of their shift that day the service was impeccable. I use this store a lot and the service is always very good but Friday they really went the extra mile . It made such a difference to what was previously a very stressful evening. Thank you

After years of support from the Fish counter guys David Ali and Ferdinand we recently had a Valentine's event introducing our new Surf n Turf option. Steve and management supported our event with some some amazing Blackgate Rib Eye Steak which was an instant hit with our customers. Thank you to Joel, Ben and all of the many other staff for great customer service.
