R. L.This underlines all that we have lost to supermarkets. There's a proper butcher who is knowledgeable, friendly and professional.. always happy to advise on best or alternative cuts of meat. The quality puts the supermarkets to shame and often cuts are not only cheaper but are of superior quality to boot. It will be a very sad day should this institution ever decide to call it a day. Meat lovers everywhere should, indeed, make hay whilst the sun shines..
