Very friendly Staff. The butcher's is very hygienic and the prices are in line with the market. They claim to source directly from British and Irish farms so this is a plus for me. Wide selection of chicken and lamb. You can place orders for a whole carcass of lamb, mutton and goat. The Chicken is of superb quality... I will review the lamb and beef once I've tried select cuts. Overall this looks like the spot to buy meat if your local to Hackney or Islington. Edit 2022: Still good service

A great addition to the neighbourhood. My husband regularly pops in for sausages, lamb chops and steaks. Good value compared to other butchers and the owner/manager is a lovely guy.

Excellent service and great quality products! We put in a large order of assorted marinated meats for a large family barbecue and were not disappointed. Faraz took time to answer all our questions and gave us valuable advice about the different options available. When he didn't have the answer, he differed to Khalid, the butcher, who was happy to share his expertise. The marination was done well and everything tasted and smelled delicious with good quality cuts and just enough fat to ensure a good flavour. Delivery was punctual and the meat arrived properly packaged which meant we could easily store everything for the next day. The whole family enjoyed their meal and we will definitely be ordering again in the future!

very good quality meat, with excellent great service and very friendly stuff who went to go a bit extra to help you out. We bought some meat earlier, it was cut to size and when we asked them to further cut it for us and remove the fat they actually did it for us. Very friendly staff and service.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I was strongly inclined to do so today. I must say this butcher shop is very clean and presentable. The staff are extremely friendly and hospitable. I purchased a generous portion of Rib-eye Steak which was of most excellent value considering the freshness, quality and price. I pan fried the steak with butter and seasoned with sea salt and black pepper... Mouthwateringly delicious.

After visiting a few halal butchers in our area we decided to return to Hoxton Halal Co because they were very friendly and we loved the atmosphere. We usually buy our meat products from supermarkets and but was pleasantly surprised here. It was very clean, did not smell and the staff are friendly, welcoming and very friendly. Our lamb cutlets and chops were delicious and fairly priced - our guests enjoyed them! We will definitely be regular customers here. Thank you HHC! Kai and Lily.

New to the area so great to find a halal butcher that is very clean and friendly as well. Meats can be marinated before purchase which is a benefit, especially when a lot of us lead busy lives. The chicken in piri piri is exceptionally nice and price is competitive. Also, somewhat more importantly its good to know that the meat is being sourced responsibly from within the UK and Ireland.

I have been shopping at this butchers since it opens it doors to customers and would not buy my meat and chickens anywhere else . The reason is their good customer service and fresh stocks. Sometimes I do get tips on spices that goes with what am cooking or roasting.
