I highly recommend the chicken breast stuffed with goats cheese I purchased from the window today, which is always well stocked and looks amazing. I’ve not seen it before and thought I’d give it a go. The unsolicited cooking instructions given by staff were flawless, fool proof and gratefully received as the end result was a tasty, beautifully seasoned, tender, juicy piece of chicken cooked to perfection. Throughly enjoy every mouthful.

Friendly staff and excellent service! Would highly recommend them. I ordered a beautiful Christmas tree from them last year, so I bought one again this year. As I live nearby, they delivered it to my house for free. However, this time the tree ended up being bigger than expected. They picked it up for me again and returned it to their shop. Amazing service!!

Fantastic butcher shop.Tried the beef stir fry and it was so good I shall not be making it myself again. They use the best beef and get the accompanying ingredients spot on ; not too spicy or hot , just right. Well done the girls there.

Have always had exceptional service and procuce here. I find the previous recent one star review very hard to believe indeed. Anyway I ordered 2 cannons of lamb and picked them up yesterday. Absolutely stunning pieces of meat beautifully prepared and presented. Going to have them tonight and I can't wait. Keep up the great work and remember haters will always hate.

Great traditional butcher. Decent meat at a fair price. On my last visit I bought a turkey for a Thanksgiving dinner. Ordered on the phone on Tuesday and collected on Thursday. The bit I liked the most was that they were happy to talk about how best to cook it and even threw in a thermometer to make sure it was cooked perfectly.

We are always receptive to customer’s fair comments and criticisms. However, unjustified, offensive and insulting remarks need to be addressed. We have traded in this multi-cultural area for over 50 years and in that time (and currently) have served & employed people of all different religious and ethnic backgrounds. We do not differentiate with regards gender, religion, colour (and or with reference to your comment – age!) All we see are people. Hussys butchers is a truly 5 star experience, a hidden gem and Wapping is so fortunate to have such an establishment! Friendliest of staff and top notch advice. They take your time if your a novice and have a genuine question. There is no pomp or being a 'trendy' east London butchers. They're authentic and as classic as it gets. Can't think of a single negative, even they're pricing is great.

I don't usually write reviews but I have to say the transformation there is amazing. I'd been there before a while back and found the butcher obnoxious and rude however I decided to give it another try and I must say this experience was totally different. The butcher in there now was courteous and so helpful that he even suggested different ideas on cooking my beef which I have to say was better than my own method!!! 10 out of 10 for customer service and the quality of all the produce. I now wouldn't go anywhere else.

Nothing quite like a proper local butchers. Fantastic meats, people who really know their thing behind the counter, open long hours including Sundays. Got our Christmas turkey and trimmings from them this year and we were NOT disappointed.

Kilo prices vary all the time depending who's there. Always ask the price before paying. Overpriced but the only real butchers in a 4 mile radius

Very knowledgable butchers. They were very helpful on the phone when I was asking questions and recommended calling a few days beforehand to check the produce I needed would be available for the day I required it.
