Well-priced all you can eat. The meats were nice, some of them really delicious and served fresh. The sides are average or below, -1 star for that. The sauces were great. The on-demand meat service was slagging, but the manager was fast to rectify that. Overall good experience, and would revisit to fill our bellies up.

The meat was halal and great quality, also very tasty! You have to ask for halal meat specifically. However it’s the sides that let me down, overall they weren’t very appetising. The concept is great though, you place your card green side up if you want to be served more meat, and red side up if you’re full. The waiters came over to the table regularly.

The place was cosy, good service, crowded. The meet fresh, tasty and juicy. Very recomendable the babana frita and cheese bread . Pro tip for my followers 😊 Wednesday 2 by 1( excluding dessert , drinks and 12.5% serve fee ×2) (until February 2022 ), made reservation before go.

This restaurant is amazing. The service is outstanding, right from the moment we arrived the manager greeted and welcomed us and sat us down. 2 lovely waitresses were literally waiting on us hand and foot, nothing was too much for them and they were always on hand to help (unfortunately I didn’t get there names and I’m frustrated because they were fab!), the servers with the meat were endless haha, non stop different types of meat carved by the table. The food was lovely, for £25 - you get unlimited sides (rice, potatos, chicken balls, veg, chips, loads of choice) and unlimited meat (different types of marinate beef, steak, chicken, gammon, pork, sausages, ribs as well as garlic bread and corn on the cob). I have recommended this restaurant to several people I know and I will 100% be back!

One of The best dining experience I ever had to be honest, the steaks were cooked to perfection they were tender and bursting with flavour. The manager and team deserve medals for their customer service or at least a pay rise 😀 and most importantly you offer halal options. The halal sign we had was big and a very nice touch. I only wish the one in kingston was also halal as its my nearest one to me.. But in the mean time I do hope to visit the queensway one more often as the food quality and service is worth the long travel..

Mixed experience. The staff were very friendly but disorganised. 6 rounds of meat were served in about 5mins and we didn't get any of our side dishes until much later. Some drinks didn't arrive until I'd already eaten most of my meal. Some of the meats were incredible others were a bit dry but overall good. The most disappointing was the Sangria. It needs to be prepared in advance so that fuits really mix with the wine to give that sangria flavour but ours was freshly prepared and the wine wasn't very good so it just tasted like vinegar. I'd recommend getting another option. Overall a very good meal with quality meats, clean restaurant and nice atmosphere but seem to have caught them on an off night when it was busy.

Great concept buffet, u have red and green cards - red to stop, green for more food. meat arrives at ur tablet and is cut off skewers,.side are bottomless and u can order as many as u like. The meat is delicious. halal option for meat. The staff come regular to offer u more food. U do spend alot of time being interrupted and getting different types of meat that it can ruine the vibe of the evening if u wanted to come and socialise, but if Ur here just for the food it's fine. The cassava fries are interesting to try and the cheese bread. Sides are not the best and too many options. We arrived without a booking, plenty of space to accommodate.

Amazing place. Mostly halal menue, staff are so kind and accommodating, very generous feels. Meats and sides were great. Fried banana was delicious and chicken thighs were so succulent with crispy skin. Was quite busy so you may have to call waiting staff a few times to get their attention.

Meat was good, but they stop the garnishing buffet, meaning you have to order a la carte ( free) but with some exceptions banana frites which used to be free, now you guys are charging £2. Drinks £3.30 for a can of pepsi/ guaraná a bit pricey aren’t they ? Staff were friendly though, but certainly not coming back due to disappointment.

Halal food with quality meat and excellent, all round service. Would highly recommend to anyone who has not yet tried Brazilian cuisine. Their serving style is unique, with a card system i.e. "Bring more meat" or "I'm full". Waiters let you take your time and eat, fantastic all round.

My first time at Preto in Queensway. Fabulous experience! If you’re going by car, you can park in front of the restaurant- free after 6.30pm. Food was great - Halal and plenty to eat. Make sure to try the Desserts! Staff were amazingly friendly especially the Manager who really made us feel right at home. Great for Birthdays too 🎉 🎉🎉

Great selection of sides which are provided as table service so everything is fresh! They also do a halal menu where the chicken beef and lamb are all offered as halal so you have many options. Would highly recommend as the cost of the meal was an absolute bargain. The staff were very attentive and accomodating too!!

Good experience. Sides were ok, meats were of good quality and tasty. Only issue: they make the cocktails at the bar which is in the dining area, and the blender makes a lot of noise. This needs to be addressed!

As a repeat customer it had been a while since my last visit, and I wasn't as happy that time with the quality of the food. A pandemic later we finally returned and there's massive improvement not only on the meat but also the service. The staff were all great and we had a lovely dinner. Some of the cuts could be better, especially the prime cuts, but everything was well prepared and seasoned, and always served the right way. We'll certainly return sooner.

The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. The food here is quite average but the amount of options is amazing! They will serve beef, chicken, lamb and pork. The spicy beef and garlic beef was incredible but I found the other meats a little dry. With the sides, it was a little hit and miss. The chips, fried polenta and pasta salad where good but I wasn’t a fan of the feijao troperio. I love the fact that it is unlimited and there is no time limit. I would definitely recommend trying their fresh lemonade which was delicious

Polite service. We were given a warm welcome and an explanation of the dining options. Pretty tasty meats and a decent buffet. I did not try everything at the buffet, as you definitely want to save room for the meat, but there was a good selection of cooked vegetables. I prefer that over wispy salad leaves. I did notice, however, that some buffet items seemed partially filled, which made me wonder if they had been sitting out for a while because we were seemingly the first ones in for dinner. Since the restaurant was really quiet on a weeknight, we got plenty of meat coming round, though. My favourite was the garlic beef. The “Brazilian beef”, I think, was kind of like blubber... Not exactly to my taste, but try it if you want to sample everything. Overall, a good experience. If any friends or family wanted to go for a rodizio, I would recommend Preto.

Good food. I was there in "mini rodízio" time, so we have less variety of meats but for half of the normal price. It's fair enough. The food is good, nothing special. The waiter was polite and very friendly. It was good for the price.

Beautiful pieces of suculant steak with mouthwatering Portuguese influence on flavours, if you eat Halal, they also have that option please make sure to tell them, and they will cater for that. The service was great, the wait staff and restaurant manager were very friendly, this will definitely be a place to eat with loved ones or friends.

Very welcoming manager helped to seat us and explain the all you can eat experience. The buffet selection was decent enough, though maybe could have done with restocking a little more often. You get good value for money on the meats, as they come to your table very often. My wife and are ate our fill long before any time limit was up. They lose the one star due to a few minor cleanliness issues (there was a tomato seed on one of our forks from prior use and food was dropped on the floor/table during our service and not cleaned up). Tap water is free, but other drinks/dessert are not included in the all you can eat menu. Toilets are downstairs with no discernible disabled access. Overall, I’d happily recommend this restaurant.

Walked into this place randomly. I was very hungry and didn’t know what to expect. The staff were very welcoming and attentive all throughout. They checked on us a few times. The food is decently priced considering what you get. It’s also very tasty and definitely worth it. The decor is beautiful. The atmosphere is amazing and the toilets were clean. Just had a meal here with the family. We sat downstairs. There were around 20 of us. The food was great as you would expect from a restaurant like this. But the service was exceptional. Staff were very attentive. Always available to assist and more than happy to answer any questions. ...back to the food. We took some of the elderly folk in the family out for a new culinary experience. Something different to the normal curry restaurant. They were very pleased with the food and the style in which it was served. The food is Halal although they do serve pork. The halal food is prepared cooked totally separately to the non halal. All meat other than the pork is halal. Staff were all to pleased to give the list of ingredients so us to mull over. Overall a great place. The staff made it 10 times better. We'll be visiting again soon

Dinning here this evening surpassed my expectations. I had been recommended this place by several friends. They were not wrong. Firstly, the welcome we got was incredibly warming. We were served by Sara who was extremely professional. She catered to all our needs, was incredibly polite and made sure we were happy at all times. We had no idea it was her first day and honestly you would bet she had been working there for years. The gentleman who brought us out the meat was Gabriel(apologies if I've misspelt the name) He was marvellous with a blade. With a great personality and mouth watering meat, we couldn't get enough. Especially asking how I liked my meat cooked he brought me out a medium rare piece of sirloin which was to die for(I also recommend the garlic steak) Our bill was brought to us by a very professional and humble Marco. I had made a mistake about the eat out to help out discount but he still insisted on giving us a slight discount as a act of good fate. With this generosity, we left with a full belly and no doubt a great sleep will be in store for us tonight. This is a 5* restaurant with the hospitality alone and the amazing food makes it even better. Will definitely be coming back for more.

3 stars as a show of good faith for what it was before the covid. I've been there several times, but the last 4 times the meat quality was not good at all. Maybe it's harder with the covid but lately the meat comes dry, and the last time the picanha was not picanha. For a meat connoisseur like moi, I could easily notice that they bought a picanha mixed with coxão de dentro (topside); It's an easy mistake to make by someone who doesn't know how to cut a cow, but a good supplier wouldn't make such a mistake. For this reasons, I would strongly recommend to control the quality of the meat they buy and to invest some time in training the staff to make a perfect churrasco, the gaúcho way.

Came here for a late evening meal and it was my first time eating at a Brazilian steakhouse. We were greeted and introduced to the system warmly and thoroughly by lovely staff! Forgot my apple juice but they gave it on the house anyway. Great selection of grilled meats and salads even before an hour closing time. This was my third trip this year & this amazing place never fails to impress!! From the moment we walked in we were given such a warm welcome by the staff & taken to our table. Unfortunately due to the new Government COVID rules the usual Brazilian buffet had been cancelled. A decent eat what you like grill. It is better furnished and decorated inside than it looks from the road, so do not let the outside put you off. It was quite quiet when we went in on a Thursday for a late lunch, but because of this the service was excellent. The food consists of a wide variety of salads, plus meats of various type brought to the table. The salads and beans etc were great for what they were. The meats were a little hit and miss, but as you could decline anything and be offered other options it was great value for money.

3.5 stars. I was a little skeptical about this place at first but I was convinced by a few local mates to stop in and check the place out. Apparently, as a lover of meat, this place would blow me away. I am happy to report that whilst I was not blown away, the place definitely did beat my expectations. While not all cuts of meats were great, there were 3 that stood head and shoulders above their meaty peers. All 3 were tender, juicy and full of flavour and the chicken hearts, as always, are great. The sides are pretty good too and most were fresh albeit completely laden with oils which does speed up the tummy filling process. All in all, it's not a great place but neither is it below average. For the price point and the location, this is an easy option for lovers of meat and a casual and laid back dining experience.

This Brazilian steakhouse is my new favourite. They have a separate BBQ for halal meat amd there's not that many halal Brazilian restaurants in London. So we decided to try it. We went for the set menu which is around £22 and includes buffet of vegetables, rice salad etc and eat as much as you can of bbq meat! They cook the meat and bring it to your table in turns and serve you the cut you want. We ended up eating everything and were stuffed. The meat includes different curs of beef, lamb and chicken. In our table some like their meat well cooked, some medium and others medium rare. We were all very happy. The people working there are very friendly and polite. We also tried some of the deserts and well yummy again. If you are a meat lover I would definitely recommend this place. It's a full mark from me.

Give yourself at least 90 minutes to enjoy and eat plenty without rushing. We went as a group of 3 on a busy Saturday and everyone enjoyed and ate well. I read some people complaining about the cover charge. It's clearly written on the menu and I think 12.5% is pretty fair - if they didn't put it on the bill I would give this as a tip anyway. If you are unhappy with the service or food I would imagine the manager would remove the charge if you asked.

The food offering is decent, but the quality is not as expected. The El Vaquero chain offers better value and quality!

For the price should be included the desert...its very expensive at the end,and the tables so close to each other that we couldn't much move..its abitt annoying,as well we had the pretto app and the staff when we show that we got some free cocktails they weren't looking happy.....weard thing ...
