I don’t know
But definitely a place where you see at a glance the meat is of high quality choice.
Inside there is also a large choice of « épicerie «
A. M.Great chicken and guanciale along with other quality products like burrata. Quite pricey but the price reflects the quality.

And then it really pays to pay a little extra for good, organically sourced meat. These butchers know their suppliers, give advice, and have a wonderful selection. Highly recommeded
