Great find in Prestwich, looks small from the outside but has a large upstairs area as well, food was gorgeous, service was great, reasonable priced, good portions, lovely homemade bread/pittas, bring your own alcohol, only serves soft drinks, teas, coffees etc, really enjoyed our meal, nice atmosphere as well, authentic decor, will be going back 👍.

I don't know why I travel all the way into Manchester City Centre when there are local places like this!! This place is a hidden gem! My friend ordered the potato kibbeh - these were small and delightful with a thin crusty texture on the outside and the mashed potato and lamb mince on the inside. I ordered the sucuk, thin slices of a spicy beef sausage - the flavours were strong and moreish. These were served with a basket of homemade white flatbread which were incredibly fresh and soft - they were pitta shaped but were fluffy and pillowy, not the hard dry white stuff you get in supermarkets! The waiter assured us that there was always plenty of bread available and sure enough we had another basket of lovely bread with our main courses. We both ordered the Chef's Mix which were skewers of charcoal grilled marinated meats - chicken, minced lamb and lamb shish pieces, served on a bed of onions and parsley and a chilli sauce.We also ordered a mudjadara rice between us as a side dish - a mix of lentils and rice cooked in spices and topped with crispy fried leeks. Yummy. We both agreed that although the flavour profile of the meats were quite similar to other nearby places (e.g. Turkish restaurants), the seasoning was better balanced here and most importantly, the cooking of the meat was excellent. Here, the chicken was succulent and tender, not dry and hard, and overall it looks like they know when to take it off the grill! At other places the charcoal grilling has left the meat hard and burnt at the edges with a bitterness - here everything was cooked just right. Although we were stuffed and were only considering an Arabic coffee, we both encouraged each other to go for a dessert. Unfortunately my friend's Halwa wasn't available so he joined me in a Muhallebia. Now normally I'm not one to bother with a dessert - I prefer crisps to chocolates and would rather have starter and main instead of main and dessert! And we were already incredibly stuffed! But this dessert blew my mind - a delicious milky pudding, not too dissimilar to a panna cotta but fluffier and less silky in texture. However, the flavours - wow the sweet vanilla with a tint of rose water, it was truly heaven and I haven't felt that way about any dessert for years! Garnished with chopped pistachios, this was for me the surprise star of the meal! Followed by strong and fragrant Arabic coffee, it was a fantastic end to a great dining experience. The service was friendly and attentive throughout, and I thought the decor, lighting and music was just perfect for the place. I highly recommend this place - it's small and relaxed and deserves attention. I hope it keeps these high standards up as I definitely want to come back and try the other offerings (and the Muhallebia again!).

I highly recommend going to Remal for the food, service and ambience. There was great variety with the starters with the lentil soup and grilled halloumi being very tasty. In the main courses, the spicy chicken and kofte were well cooked and flavoursome. For desserts, the kunafa was delicious. The service was impeccable from all the waiters/waitresses with the owner Zac also checking in asking about the food from time to time The decor brings a real authentic feel. The restaurant is also very family friendly. Thanks for the great time and we will definitely come again.

Eating out to help out but not taking Rishi Sunak's bribery, this time. A timely reminder on the day of a huge explosion in Beirut, just what the world is missing and threatening to extinguish, by visiting a Lebanese restaurant. Booking was easy, albeit last minute, by phone. Sanitiser station at the "wait to be seated" area and pen and paper to record details. Fewer tables, so well spaced and fewer staff. All very sensible. Drinks order taken, BYOB for alcohol and the menu is tempting. Fresh and zingy fattoush salad for me and ice cold tzatziki for my daughter. Glorious. A rack of six lamb chops, with paprika spiced "chips" for my daughter. Polished off with figurative relish. Mixed kebabs with Arabic rice for me. Chicken, minced lamb and diced lamb on a bed of onions. Too much for me, for which I blame the neverending supply of fresh, hot flatbreads that I've been tucking into. Leftovers swept away into a takeaway bag and an Arabic mint tea and Turkish delight to finish. Happy days.

Decided on taps mizza to eat at home 🏡 and found this amazing labanes restaurant. They delivered a good selection of it as you can see in the photo 📸 . All came in good condition, the hot 🔥 and the cold ❄ and fresh and taste good and fresh and delivered in good time and as estimated delivery time. There was no delivery charge and they were very helpful at the time of order over the phone and gave details about dishes we not familiar with.

They put us upstairs as there were 15 of us and we had our own section so it was very private. Returned so many times. I love this place so much! This is a BYOB restaurant with incredible food. I have been as a vegetarian and more recently as a vegan, and the food does not disappoint. We usually just order loads of starters and then a few desserts at the end. The baklava and Turkish Delight is so good, but not enough to share, so make sure you get one each at least!

My friends and I cannot stop coming here!! It is incredible food. Delicious, fast, made with care, great service as well. Reasonable price! The muhamara in particular is an absolute triumph, I could eat a whole serving to myself! So I would suggest to call and book if you planning to visit during the Prestwich carnival as we did. Children loved chips which came with the chicken and cheese burger. Just enjoyed our first visit here. Great food, we enjoyed the spinach and feta bourak and the potato bourak along with hummus to start. The food here is amazing but a wait of 1 hour and 20 minutes for food with a pre-booked table is just a bit poor. The staff are lovely but it's clear that it has some real teething problems with the service. I have never seen such good service if you own a restaurant go here and see how it should be done very busy night but the waiters and waitresses came to the table and apologise for the wait which was not long and gave us nibbles while we were waiting when the meal came I couldn't fault it reasonably priced and bring your own booze 10/10.

Best kebab around (chefs mix) they're pita bread is made onsite and still warm, highly recommend the cheese pastry too!! This place has ruined kebabs for me as we live 15miles away and now can't have any other kebab from anywhere else they're that good!! Well worth the travel though, even though we often order to collect we'll sometimes eat in the restaurant, great atmosphere and good service
