Reviews of Costco Milton Keynes
P. P.
I have an in-store account and recently visited MK Costco & I must say that the range of products and prices are exceptional.
Being the festive period their hampers are extremely good quality along with cold and hot food options
I have re ordered quite a few things and I have had a delivery today. I cannot praise Costco enough and they are very competitive and provide great customer service. Great value for money and will certainly return soon!
S. S.
Great shop for in bulk shopping. Good quality for the price. We are shopping there frequently. Would definitely recommend everyone to visit the shop. Shame it's for members only. This time had loads of Christmas decorations and items fit for presents.
A. S.
Visited Milton Keynes Costcos in preparation for a recent engagement BBQ. Costcos is our go too for larger bulk buys and I must say they usually have everything that’s needed at better value for money prices in comparison to other supermarkets. Portions are much larger and go further. During festive periods it’s always recommended to get in as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Parking is also generous, which is great for those of us that don’t appreciate our car doors being hammered 😅.
A. G.
Loads of parking, very friendly and helpful staff. Could get really busy in the weekends and I couldn’t even find a trolley for shopping. Had plenty of checkout point so manages the queue without building up longer. Selection of items I feel is bit less in Milton Keynes when compared with Watford. The tyre shop is really handy.
C. B.
Only my second visit to this location but it's mostly a really good experience. Lines are a little long and it's always very busy but great range and helpful for bulk buying. Can get a few nice treats like Ribena and Lucky charms {mateys} for much lower than retail price. It is business to a focused so double check full vat pricing when picking items.
Yet to try the in store food as the queues have been ridiculous but it looks tasty.
A.
I've done our monthly shop here throughout the pandemic as there is loads of room to move and wander the aisles without rubbing shoulders with anyone. We get everything from here and never will we go back to supermarkets as long as Costco remains at Kingston. The quality of produce is just too superior. Boxing up afterwards is a skill in itself!
C. B.
Enormous queue for everything but maybe Sunday is a bad time to go. In contrast, we had a super helpful customer service girl Kerry which put us in a good mood again! Amazing shop with very good prices. We shall be back for sure!
D. S.
Good for bulk and smaller purchases. Wide aisles and huge range of items. Meat and fresh produce & fruit very good in my experience. Excellent frozen produce and very wide range of fish and meat. Tills can get busy but usually well managed by staff.
E. S.
Good pricing, pretty much all you can look for in a matter of products, plenty ppl at the cash register, fast effective when returning and refunding. For me the only disadvantage are the large packs in which every product is sold but business wise is good. So all in all, good shop.
M. “. O.
Usual busy place with some great deals.
Unfortunately must be one of the last few sheds without customer WiFi. Phone signals are almost non existent depending on how close the entrance/exit one is standing. It's not that difficult technically to arrange, so what's the big deal of not having it?
C. S.
You can buy here bulk shopping included food, clothes, alcohol, jewelry, bits and bobs and house appliances. The big cakes are a MUST to buy.
They also do food test where you can try certain foods and drink.
You can buy hot food on site, nothing to sit on so got to eat in the car. Food is served in takeaway boxes. My fav is hotdogs with drink. Only £1.80 bargain.
Members can only bring 2 people in. Mask to be worn at all times. Toilet available.
D. C.
A fantastic store, have been a costco member for quite a few years now and always happy to renew my membership. That said as others have pointed out, mobile signal is very poor here and there's no wifi either which makes it hard to keep in touch when you inevitably lose someone browsing the aisles! Also it's a shame there's no petrol station here like other Costco's, although I suspect it would make it even more popular than it already is.
That said, it's one of my favourite stores in Milton Keynes with fantastic staff, good prices, very good quality, and we will stay members for years to come.
S. S.
It's Costco and it's 5 star. Don't get me wrong would like one near Cambridge and prices could be a bit more competitive for the exclusivity of the company but I can't knock the high quality goods that's for sure. Kasmeh I'll be back again soon once my stock is low
R. M.
I always find Costco staff helpful and warming. No problem is to big or to small.
We’ve been members for 20 years now. A***
B. (.
It's a good costco. Has everything you need. Some deals are good. But a lot of the times it's cheaper or the same price for items in any supermarket. And sometimes there's very long queues which annoy me.
K. A.
Gr8 place for bargains and if u just want a treat for cheap lunch got a cafe too
B. M.
My hubby and i have been individual members for about 9 years. I get an excitement in my tummy whenever we wheel that massive trolley through the doors 😂 . Its like being a kid in a sweetshop!!
Their own Kirkland goods are very very good, up there with the best brands in my opinion.
And i love to just browse at my own leisure.
And the snacks on the way out are very tasty too. I thoroughly recommend the pizza slices
M.
Great place for bulk buying, lots of different products, great quality. Free car park with a plenty of spaces.
M. F.
Well stocked and a good supply of items. Kirkland products are much better than some well known brands so don't knock the brand till you've tried and tested something (wine for example)!
m. j.
Great shop to buy your bulk needs. You do need to be a memeber which they charge for but if you shop there alot and in the right way the savings are brilliant. Plus can not rave enough about there bakery section so much and soooooo tasty. Also for anyone vegan they do the fantastic beyond burgers in big packs at a bargain
J. S.
Very busy Costco. Well what one isn't. One of the better ones but not as good a Bristol. No fuel station at this store which is a dissapointment. Staff are very friendly here tho which is nice. Nice layout. Caroark very small for the store tho.
A. E.
Some great deals, but wish there were more tills or a faster checkout due to the crowds on a weekend. Go when it's quieter in the week if possible!
J. K.
First time ever in a Cosco. A bit of a stutter sorting the membership card photo but ok after that. So much to see, bought a lot of stuff. However car parking is only 2 hours so beware. Did register my car number with members area as not sure whether I was sorted in time. Will go back soon!
J. B.
Some prices similar to elsewhere or slightly dearer. Staff nice .no decaffeinated coffee nescafe or persil liquid which disappointed about but no.big deal
.for individual. People not sure it is worth 33 membership a year but will.see. joining process easy
M.
My Costco card got stolen and it was easily replaced, which was good. If you want less food queues try going before 12. The queue was only 10 minutes long. Also the food is burned I’ve brought the Korean bbq bake twice and twice it’s been burnt so frustrating. The staff was talking through serving which held up the queue. I don’t like this Costco as the members seem to be more aggressive here than other locations lots of pushing and barging behaviours.
D. M.
All good. Like the new scanner when you arrive, but it might be slower than the hand held 'gun' I am used to. Not many ques at the check outs.
P. F.
Very busy, but all the checkouts open so through very quickly, so much to choose from could spend thousands, prices are very good and staff are very helpful. Fresh food, butchers and bakery has great choice.
R. U.
Really great variety and value, great for stocking up but you will always find something you never went for
P.
Great place, I love wandering around, so much to see, always get my laundry and cleaning products there
J. F.
Quick and easy to shop around.
Lovely hot food
A. F.
Ideal place to shop if you have room to store some of the items such as toilet rolls kitchen towels as they are bulky. Meat is always good quality, ideal for stocking up the freezer. Variety of items is always good. Only down side is that you have to pay by debit card.
L. R.
We go here every month to stock up on food, drink among other essentials. Always cheaper than a regular supermarket.
The store is always clean, friendly and well stocked. Food at the food court is always nice and excellent value.
Be warned though, can get very busy, but is worth the wait.
r. h.
Always a good shopping experience here when you go early as it can get very busy at peak times.
Cafe always has a queue and less tables than before sure to COVID but still full menu and always hot
Some very good offers but know your prices in the national supermarkets to be able to compare
S. O.
Love Costco. Can't fault the rich variety of products and huge size of everything. Nice food from the restaurant too. Price is competitive.
H. P.
Well I love big shops! Quite busy, but very spacious, so did not feel I was bumping into everybody. Huge selection. Did not find it as cheap as people have claimed ut to be. Just loved the café. Really good service and very cheap! Cup of tea was for £0.80! A fair price for a humble tea.
I just liked the whole experience. Also liked variety of products that are environment and health friendly as well - packaging, unsulphured dry fruits, not using palm oil, sugar etc. As I am a member now, I will go again just to browse and for inspiration. Might find good products!
a. s.
Have never had a bad experience in Costco Milton Keynes.
I don't shop there too often, however, when I'm going I always find excellent value.
A. M.
Popped in during lock down. The place was quiet, really easy to social distance. No huge queues. Great fresh produce as always.
Update: been using Costco for a few years now. Great value and choice on every day items.
Always there stocking up on Jack Daniels £19 for one litre. £35 in your average shop unless there's a deal on. So Great value at Costco. Keeps us coming back :)
C. C.
Accessible parking, well stocked, efficient and friendly staff. All you'd expect.
A. M.
Got there 20 mins after opening and only just got the cake I needed as sold out shortly afterwards as did a lot of the food items due to the jubilee. Got what I needed so happy I went early.
R. H.
Quiet for Costco, some product sampling available which is always good & I purchased on this basis. Friendly customer service which isn't always a given.
Very good returns policy which does make me confident in the brand.
Ladt visit Sunday lunchtime, so busy.
Great range garden items:bbqs, lighting etc.
J. S.
Well stocked, as any costco but has alot more free samples/tasters.
M. C.
Good selection of fresh produce. Sometimes the other supermarkets will get a better deal, but at bulk they are still great.
A. P.
I like this place. One stop shop for your monthly groceries. Good quality product. Fish collection is really good
m. E.
Great shop, too easy to spend ...a lot !!!
W. R.
Friendly staff, good parking and good products.
The cafe has really nice and affordable food.
Jacket potatoes and pizza are amazing value for money- very filling and cheap too but quality is the same if not better than the more expensive ones.
Tried the mango smoothie yesterday- it was more like a mango slushie than a smoothie though. But still tasted good.
I. T.
Packed to the ceiling with products. Plenty of room in the aisles and huge trolleys to shop with. It can take a long time to get round if you are not focussed. Always have some great stuff.
N. F.
Great store that offers a wonderful range of products. We particularly like to buy the hot 'cooked' chicken with a fresh salad to complete our purchases. However, I would stay away from the fresh salad and rather make your own. Theirs is overpriced and the quality of the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and onion is 'tired' and NOT pleasant!
R. S.
I have been to a few Costco stores Watford, Stevenage, Wembley and this Milton Keynes store is by far the best and largest store. Full range of products and staff always at hand to help. Large range of non-food and technology products. Definitely worth a visit. Well done to the staff at this store. 5 🌟 ......
a. L.
Very big, everything you need is here. Great choice of stock. Just make sure you check price tags as there are 2 prices one without VAT and then 1 with.
D. F.
Easy parking good opening times and never have a problem finding a trolley. Always good quality food and fresh fruit and vegetables from this place. Very tasty precooked meals and delicious sweet food cakes cookies and they also have a bakery on site.
L. M.
Best quality products and most of the time you find what you need
T. F.
Nice, standard Costco set up. Staff not as friendly as other Costco stores I've been to.
P. M.
Always well stocked and never too busy.
N. S.
Loved to go Costco! Always bought unnecessary items. Especially recommended for big families or stock holders.
Only downside is they should have packaging for the goods. So that small families or singles can also able to buy that.
f. b.
Nice store, can find a wide range of food from fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, meat of any kind,to non food and any other product used for daily basis.
Frendly staff, easy access for disabled persons.
J. A.
Usually love Costco but we had not been for awhile mostly due to Covid. Today we came and saw the 2 hour timed parking that was so disappointing. So we drove an hour to get here paid for our membership and usually we like to have a good look around then stay for a bite to eat. Today it felt like we had to rush about not enjoyable at all at least 3 hours parking would help !
L. C.
Quite busy but only half tills open. Cafe queue was very long.
S. m.
Nice place. Lot of products for an good price. Big parking space and facilities. Olso a cash machine too.
d. m.
Great quality products all coming with money back guarantee what more do you want
B. M.
Good shop a lot of items to buy wit good price.
m. h.
I felt quite safe and socially distanced in the store and nearly everyone was wearing a mask but to sanitise the trolley there was only one sanitiser station and there were children left to sanitise their parents trolley which wasnt enough we need there to be more of these stations
D.
Bulk buying saving on high Street shops and supermarkets prices . There are plenty of choices and specials on offers . Cafe is super reasonable
R. G.
Big place where you can find great products perhaps not the cheapest but quality comes with a price
I'm still a frequent customer but they need to start making some upgrades or some customers might be lost. Besides, prices are becoming a bit too expensive even being prime brands
Some of my recurrent products are not longer available or they are not usually available
S. 7.
Big and varied and the long queues seem to go down quicker than you imagine.
D.
The shopping experience is generally back to what it was before lock down, there a fewer till open (even on weekends) but the queue's aren't too bad. The food hall has less seating and the menu has lost some items (mango smoothies, ice-cream etc) but overall it's still a good place for bulk shopping.
m. j.
Costco was fine today went at 1130am store and car park over half empty and plenty of stock. Needs better till queue management though staff let one big queue build up and weren't moving people to other open tills. Eventually this was resolved but staff need to keep an eye on the till queues.
K. G.
Lots of great products you won't find in many other places. Also where else can you buy a packet of crisps and a £10,000 diamond ring under the same roof?
J. L.
Excellent prices, great parking. The store is well organized and there's hardy ever any queues. We go once a week for bulk canned stuff and meat for freezing.
P. R.
It's good for buying items in bulk, as they are cheaper than most supermarkets. However, the membership fee is quite high at £35 (so you have to save that much to break even) and the items sold varies, so items might not be available every time you go there.
P. G.
First time of going here. Quite busy but not overcrowded. Lots of stock. Worth a visit.
R. B.
That was very good and I was able to buy what I needed. I was wet so much so all clothes were totally soaked because it was raining heavily when I came outside. This is something I will never forget. That day was 2nd of October 2021.
C. R.
Great place to bulk buy at low prices. Most of the items sold are really good quality and no quibble returns policy. Beware though, try to stick to your shopping list as there are so many things that tempt you to impulse buy.
G. M.
My favourite place of shopping especially the hot section on our way out (hot dog in bun with unli drinks, pizza, etc.) but can I comment on one thing to improve pls? Husband just brought in red velvet cake , we tend to buy cake there because they are within our budget but the cake are made very sweet, can they reduce the sugar content of it pls? Instead of me enjoying large portion of it I ended up eating very small portion because it is too sweet. Also the cooked noodles were stopped but I love the taste of it and usually buy everytime we visit , any chance u can put it back pls?
C. D.
Not as busy as I was expecting this close to Easter. Couldn't get some of the items I normally get.🙁
C. L.
Great visit as always, but not enough open checkouts. Spent at least 30 mins waiting today.
Not normally this long, but made socially distancing difficult due to number of people waiting.
S. K.
Always run very well . Kept nice and clean. Waiting time can be a while but it's one of them stores that get busy all the time so just aloud time for that other than that it's a pleasant experience
A. c.
Great wholesalers, large selection of fresh bakery and meat products. Can be busy around lunchtimes and weekends though
R. D.
Just renewed my membership, could shop till I drop here
S. C.
Great value. Sometimes seems expensive but you get quality and bulk. I buy chicken breast and freeze in portions and it’s much nicer than other shops. Cat food also good value. I buy lots of Christmas presents there too. Word of warning - people are starting to get fines for overstaying 2hr parking limit so ask inside to have parking extended if you need this as they time you upon entering car park.
K. E.
Normally ok when quieter, but was manic and not enough tills open, caused unnecessary and very long queues.
Hot food counter queue was twice as long as usual and SO, SO, SO slow. Gave up.
D. B.
Some very good VAT free bargains
C. M.
Excellent value for money and a wide selection of goods.
N. R.
Always enjoy going to costco... whether it be for the amazing canteen and the brilliant bulk deals! Soo spacious so it's like social distancing doesn't need to exist!
Only issue I ever have is with people leaving their trolleys in middle of aisles/walkways and then walk off for 5 minutes.
D. C.
Lots of products, buy in bulk items. Good quality products and plenty of free car parking. Shopping trolleys are a good size, wide isles to move about.
G. M.
As usual spot on, plenty of choice and I always spend and buy more than I intend..lol
R. K.
Superb American style wholesale shopping. Parking is a bit of a nightmare at busy times.
S. K.
Good warehouse, good food
B. “. H.
I've never been to Costco before, this was my first time, I'd like to say mind blown!!
It was like walking inside a catalog, anything you could think of buying was there. You have to be super careful though and really read the labels as they display non vat prices.
I got caught up with it all and just start slamming stuff in the basket, it is so easy to loose your mind and go with what I want, rather than what I need, a really easy way to burn a few hundred quid!
All in all, the service was amazing, the quality of products were amazing, the staff were great and very helpful
J. G.
Great place to spend money on things you did not realise you needed. Plus parking spaces that actually fit a car. Joking apart. Shop carefully and you can save a few £s.
C. W.
Got what we wanted quite quickly. Although there was a queue to get in it moved quickly, same queueing to pay and leave. Queue wasn't so bad today, almost walked straight in.
M. S.
One best place to shop in Milton Keynes.
C.
Today shopping was ok, a bit of a queue not too bad. However, the cafe was very very busy, a very long queue . Food as usual was excellent value
M. R.
Do my monthly shop there and find it very useful. People are friendly and not usually over crowded which is a nice thing. Plus it is pleasant to walk round and browse. I dont generally shop during the overly busy periods, but if I do the staff there work very hard to reduce the queues and help when products can't be found.
d. g.
fantastic place, plenty of products, very clean, great pizza and lovely staff
S. M.
Was quiet no queue to get in. Have some good offers for Christmas. Had a lovely hot dog with sauce on and a drink of fizzy. For in the car. Was really tasty. 2 drinks and hot dogs £3.00 .
Good quality xx
K. B.
No parking issues and not crowded
P. H.
Even though it was VREY busy in the car park it was still a fairly covid safe environment inside the building. As usual though there are still one or two that forget to keep distance and 'forget' to keep their mask in place.
Electrical equipment is well displayed, it would be nice to have someone a round to test some of the features, I wanted a TV but came away because I could not decided between two models.
I will search YouTube for feature reviews and then try again.
All in all, good service.
A. B.
Great warehouse, with plenty of range in all departments. Easy to park, easy to get around inside. Precleaned trolley's. Warehouse is kept tidy too. Pleasant and courteous staff.
T. K.
Always have a good experience here. Friendly staff, very clean and tidy. They are policing social distancing and proper mask wearing better than anyone else. One of the few stress free in person shopping locations these days.
y. a.
Is really really big and have a lot of fantastic things
T. B.
Pretty fresh meat
D. C.
Difficult to know what to say about Costco. If you go there already then you know everything about it. If you don't, then it's a member's club for businesses and individuals (who meet certain criteria) and you pay an annual fee to join. Discounts on products are good but you're generally buying catering sized quantities. The MK store has a wide range of varied products from electrical, through butchery and baker, to alcohol and fresh green groceries, for example. There's a lot more too. Huge car park and the car spaces are US sized. Don't go at the weekend of you can avoid it. Less busy at other times and queues move quickly. Covid arrangements are good and hand sanitiser readily available. If bulk buying is your thing then Costco is highly recommended.
R. H.
Helpful and supportive, with clear guidelines for Covid Protection. Staff all masked and even remain calm with argumentative customers, hits off to you for that. It was quiet but, I went at the end of the day yet plenty of produce and food stuffs, no entry shelves or sections.
V. W.
Costco is what it is...not sure how you can rate it really other than a personal shopping trip...mine was short and effective, service at the till was reasonably swift, checkout was smooth - but then I only had five items to check...lose a point for the number of multiple shoppers I saw, no attempt made to reduce them, and they've also got a little slack with the sanitation sprays - saw no evidence of the trolley being done and almost missed the handwash station
L. M.
Think of Costco as a warehouse, bulk goods, members only version of John Lewis. Great service, great quality, very competitive prices.
M. H.
Always enjoy my trip to Costco, staff absolutely fabulousand, and a lovely bit of lunch too... X
D. E. J.
Clean and tidy (More so than other Costcos I've been to). Unusually very friendly and helpful staff. Always good service but today was exceptional
G.
Love the food and the workers it's overall a brilliant shop, tho the ques are huge and it takes quite a while to pay and leave but I'm willing to wait for the quality of the food and how nice the workers are
R. P.
Good place for buying bulk house hold goods like toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, wet wipes, laundry detergent at very competitive prices.
Beware though, you can easily spend large amounts of money on things that are well priced but you dont really need or big quantities that you might never get to use.
Also you can grab a quick bite (hotdog, pizza or jacket potato with various fillings) in generous sized portions and for a couple of quid. We go there every couple of months to restock.
G. W.
I shop here pretty regularly and I have never received poor service or had a bad experience. Always clean, tidy and stocked, staff always friendly even if your retuning an item.
Even kept calm during the craziness of 2020
S. R.
Overall its lacking deals. And the deals are always on the least popular items. Prices are going up there but staying the same in supermarkets..
V. G.
Costco is one of the best stores anyone can shop at in the United Kingdom. Not cheap, but the quality of products and service offered are worth every penny.Would certainly recommend.
J. M.
On a Thursday afternoon not too busy. No restriction on numbers entering and no one way system. Everyone expected to wear a face covering on entry but not monitored once in the store so lots of people walking around with their coverings under their chin. Obviously no food samples. Plenty of toilet rolls. Don't go at busy times as the risk will be quite high.
S. B.
Looking for buying items in bulk, then this is your place. Get your membership card and off you go.
Remember you can't buy stuff like in singles , they will be bundled. This is isn't a super market , it's COSTCO.
A. C.
Great place for bulk items of most things you can think of. Good prices and they go big on Seasonal stuff to like Christmas.
They sanitize the trolleys before they are stacked, very strict on make to which is great to see
M. C.
Excellent shopping experience, everything o needed was available and staff fantastic, staff on tills, staff removing shopping. Not to busy, straight though tills. Look forward to my next vist
J. R.
Despite a long queue, reaching all the way to the end of the warehouse, it took less than 10mins to get in. Once inside it was surprisingly calm. Not too many people to maintain social distancing and the queues for the checkouts where fairly short.
A. s.
Very helpful good service will be going back
M. L.
Well stocked and good prices usually. Some very good technology, great cakes and lots of offers.
S. K.
As what you expected. Thankfully no queue entering it. Watford branch had a long queue which is why i went to the Milton Keynes branch.
I’m adding to my previous review. I would like to mention James, the man at the who serves you at the food counter in MK branch. He is the best. Not only he serves your food in generous portions, this man serves you with a smile, always. I always wish to be serves by him. God bless you James.
a. g.
High quality products, reasonable pricing, and amazing prices in the cafe. You do need to qualify in order to shop at Costco, so make sure you read the requirements on their website. If you qualify enjoy the amazing offers and prices that change every 2-3 weeks! Highly recommend!
N. G.
Unfortunately the place has lost its attraction. The bargains aren't what they used to be, the offers are disappointing and the selection of products I want to buy have fallen.
Maybe its just me but its not what it was and after over 10 years of membership I'm not sure I will renew this year.
J. S.
Very Helpful staff always eager to help.
Disabled facilities in excellent wheelchair and trolley attachment.
The Optical department assisted without issue and worked within CV-19 guidelines fully.
G. B.
Very busy but full of everything but be mindful this place is magical you go in for something and come out with 6 other things that you never knew you needed
J. C.
Excellent range of products, some at very good prices. Warehouse style cash and carry, no frills but well laid out. A good range of household products as well as a range of fresh and frozen food. Membership is easy and more details.can be found on their website. Large car park with disabled parking closer to the doors, the whole place is level access and on one floor and can be navigated by wheelchairs but do not expect staff to be able to assist you with anything.
J. B.
My egg cut FM medicine Derik be Schmidt well back Jay Oreo black Pa went ice
i. t.
Excellent place with high quality products and fair prices. Been a customer for more than 10 years now. Great offers, easy access, large car park and the place is clean.
H. N.
Costco MK is really busy on a Friday especially before a bank holiday, I like this Costco it's generally not too busy, there's always parking available and it's well organized inside.
D. D.
Love Costco for bulk buying. It's especially great for party food.
Toilets available and a cafe with super cheap food.
E. C.
Lots of great products and some really different Christmas present ideas. Make sur you compare the prices as sometimes costco is not always the cheapest
S. B.
Lots to choose from. But the restaurant/café was too small.
M. S.
A huge superstore with almost everything you could possibly want at decent enough prices for the most part. Ample parking with larger than average bays too. I always spend more than I expect to when I shop here but the things I buy last a very long time.
The only downside is how busy it can get means that there's often big queues and sometimes staff aren't very patient.
R. L.
Very well organised for pandemic, both getting in and checking out. Only suggestion is that a leaflet be produced to show where goods can be found as Christmas brings some repositioning. This might alleviate some unnecessary wandering around and keep distancing protocols in place.
M. S.
Nicely organised, not too busy today, queues for food long today 1/5
S. P.
You really can't beat a trip to Costco. The customer service is second to none. No matter what problem you have there is always someone willing to help. It's great to bulk buy to save large shopping trips every couple of weeks and their own brand products are very good quality. I have been a member for around three years and visit around every three months. Highly recommended.
K. C.
Always happy and pleasently nice
J.
It was a busy day people are still wearing masks.
The coffee shop is open again.
Things are returning to normal.
V. M.
Always good Parking wide bays.
Plenty of room to shop and very quick on tills.
M. S.
Very High quality products To offer
To every customer value for the money Excellent service Managers and staff very helpful simply the best you can get Strongly recommend it to everyone To shop At Costco thank you John
m. o.
Goods sized store, ample parking. Getting out of the grounds and onto the main roads can be a bit of a drag some days. Good choices of meats, pastries, frozen goods. What you come to expect. Nice little good station on the exit.
S. O.
Nice size parking spaces. Vast selection of goods. Polite, and helpful staff.
H. H.
Maybe hard to get a membership, but they have everything else quiet right. From the size of the car park spaces, to the prices and the efficiency of service. Thank you Costco. Other companies could learn a thing or two from you.
K. B.
Costco offers a huge variety of foods, toiletries, beverages & spirits, wine & beer, bakery items, paper goods, eggs, dairy & deli items, fruit & veg, snacks, crisis, TVs, AV equipment, optometrist, appliances, furniture, clothing, seasonal, and so much more... All at extremely competitive pricing our much cheaper than regular super markets. Be prepared to buy in bulk for most items and so till you drop!!
T. W.
Great shop but fast food area could do with being extended, experienced lots of people hovering over tables while people were eating very unpleasant .
D. H.
I love costco, although its very easy to over spend. They have some great products and often very good value but do check as not always the case on a few items. Returns policy is unmatched!
S.
Suitable for wholesale products. Some exclusive items (like organic Medjool dates, golden kiwi, you can't beat them anywhere).
R. C.
I like it, you do need membership but it is definitely worth it if you are buying anything in bulk or anything big. The quality is fab and the fresh stuff is AMAZING.
The thing to be aware of is that they do sell to the trade too and so products are out of sync to the shops, eg Christmas stuff will be around a month or two before appearing in shops. But as long as you know it is fine.
H. M.
Great visit, haven't been for a long time and the deals on fish and meats are amazing you can spend a fortune but if you have somewhere to store it's well worth it
M. C.
I live 55 miles away from Milton Keynes so my visits are not regular. But I always get what I want and usually buy large quantities to last because of the 110 mile round trip.
K. R. S.
Love Costco, everything from 125k diamond rings to brown packing tape! Buying in bulk can't be matched and the periodic selections around Halloween and Xmas etc are always cool and have a little exclusivity around them. Basically known in our household as the £100 shop as never been in and spent less. Love the hotdogs too and so cheap with a drink it makes the spend that little bit easier to take lol.
m. h.
Good place to buy party food, cakes and drink, all freshly made. So much to buy you might get carried away. Does not accept credit cards. Nice hot food to eat before you leave, sometimes a bit busy, has a huge car park would recommend a visit.
A. “. C.
Free parking although it can get very busy, disabled spots available near store entrance. You have to be a member or go with a member. Excellent range of products, fruit and vegetables are lovely and fresh. Rotisserie chicken is gorgeous. Great little snack bar serving soda, hotdogs, pizza, jacket potatoes and lots more.
B. M.
One of their better stores.
It's a shame you have to have a card in the UK. But the stuff you can get is great if you'd like to buy in bulk! Also the hot food you can buy is great. You can't go wrong with a hot dog and drink for £1.50! Only thing they need to serve is chips! (they do in Canada!)
Well worth a look round.
Their Christmas stuff is big and bold as you would expect from an American company
D. L.
Great choices and range of foods and drink. Their bakery also does some really great tasting cakes.
Can get pricey as it's all sold in bulk so watch what you put in and look at the vat price unless you a a retailer.
Really friendly staff
S. B.
Upon turning up, the bays of 'sanitised trolleys' are marked near where you queue to get in. The zig-zag barriers set up are wide enough to keep good separation on the way in. Every staff member I saw was wearing a mask or a full visor. Customers are let in when capacity allows.
Stock levels are generally good but some of the choice reduced here & there.
Staff were again on the ball at the checkouts, marshalling customers to the best till queue. At the till, the staff took over and packed the trolley, asking me to stand the opposite side of the screen (have to fight hard to not try to help pack).
Shame it was a longer drive home, or else I'd have grabbed a takeaway too. Would happily continue to shop here with the steps the staff are taking to keep everyone safe.
P. F.
Always super friendly at the tills, they have loads of stock and great items. The tester food stands always seen to run out of cooked food (not timed well) bit that its such a small thing. Love Costco
S. K.
I love Costco, especially the meat & fish selection, however they've become extremely expensive during lockdown, for eg, a bag of Scallops is £34. Incidently, I ended up spending a whopping £354!
m. c.
Overall great value for money. The stores area great, the parking spaces are the size they should be across the country (you can actually open the car doors) and the product quality is great too. Staff are quite efficient so queues run steadily. Recommended.
V. K.
Absolutely love it. Obviously do not expect a big choice in the menu, but those few that are there all real hits. Great taste, always freshly cooked, incredibly low prices, this place has no competition. And don't forget the soda free refill!
K. P.
I love the price and taste of the weather £15 and you sorted for month 😁the costumer service its good too
B. A.
I deliberately had to see what people didn't like. Really? Costco is lovely. Staff are ALWAYS helpful and queues are there cos it's a wholesale shop hence people buy in bulk and stay longer at the tills. Reasonable prices too. It's not a fancy store it is a functional store and does exactly what it says on the tin. Full marks. Unbiased review from someone who's been using them for a while
m. d.
Great shopping, but we need one in Norwich
P. S.
Was busy but not too bad, great for all sorts of shopping, like costco
C. G.
Always good to shop here. The staff are friendly and helpful, good bargains to have
T. A.
Always shop here, good food especially the rotisserie chickens! staff keeping up well and are organised with the pandemic. Well stocked with everything we needed.
Z. G.
Good selection of products... Always be prepared to spend more than you think you will!! Now accepts credit cards. Handy when you get a big shock at the tills
A. C.
Busy lots of queues… but if a bun fight, somethings are cheap others you’re better off at Tesco
C. H.
Large shop dedicated mainly to buying in bulk, but there is plenty you can buy non-bulk. Everything is done to American standards and you even see the odd cool American thing to buy that you just don't get elsewhere. Car park spaces are US style too, I.e. you can actually fit into them.
Meat is phenomenal. The in store cafe is very good value. Clothing not the trendiest, but fantastic quality for the money. You have to watch them on the price of white goods and tech stuff. Sometimes a bargain, other times not. Somehow they seem to have got hold of the idea that everyone in the U.K. has a 32" inside leg regardless of waist size on size most of their trouser ranges. 😊
B. C.
If you buy croissants, you won't find any more authentic than the ones at Costco. Great price too. Also a great place to buy cakes or grab a slice of Pizza. The staff seem like a well organised team. Well worth the membership fee.
b. c.
Great selection. Spacious layout. DYOR regards prices, which are all clear ro read.. 2hr time restriction on parking. Ample disabled parking near entrance.
G. S.
First time buyer and I loved it what a great place
k. y.
I was just opening my boot wondering how i might lift my purchase in when a very polite voice from behind me said "Excuse me sir would you like a lift with that box"? I am 58 with an 18 month old hip replacement, I was so grateful and would like to thank Scot who was working in the car park. A fine polite young man and credit to you.His parents must be proud of him.
ps.my purchase was a 3000psi champion power wash.
Fantastic bit of kit worth every penny.
A. P.
Have to be watchful of the prices, like you have to be in every other store, but the meat and produce are second to none. The guarantees are better than standard usually, and there are some real bargains to be had. There are always freebies if you need a nibble on the way round before you get to the café.
The cafe is the same price as in the 1970s, and Kirkland, the home brand, is pretty excellent.
Trouble is, you'll never go home without £100 per person. I've done it once in twenty years.
R. M.
Good quality. Some items really good value.you get what you pay for. Monthly offers. Heaps of parking but this can be heaving the place is popular. MK store next to Tesco. Costco check out can be busy but the wait isn't very long. MEMBERSHIP CARD IS required about £35 a year
r. b.
Gem of a Place, Staff are always smiling while happy to help any of there customers. Great stock of goods at bottom prices. What's not to like, I love this place 👍
r. h.
I love Costco me and my wife go to one on Southampton a lot as that's not to far from where we live we have been to the Milton Keynes one a few times whilst staying and it's a nice store
M. M.
Unfortunately Costco did not have the large containers of Cuppachino mix, also the smoothy maker had broken down so unable to purchase a mango smoothie on my way out. Other than that, great as usual.
A. W.
Well organised, presented, friendly staff.
The only shop I've seen that really takes covid seriously by not allowing public into the store without face coverings.
Well done management
N. G.
Good location, got everything you could want and more. Plenty of parking space. Staff are friendly and helpful.
A. W.
Good selection of products as long as you don't mind jumbo sizes! Can be a little crowded especially around pay day. Go prepared to spend more than you intend 😁.
J. K.
Busy and lacking stock of many items again
I. S. (.
Costo is costo! If you don't know this place yet you are missing out on. Great bargains not to be missed out on.
M. D. N.
Big car parking spaces that you can properly open your doors, large warehouse style interior and good prices on most items. Membership required at extra cost. Been getting busier and busier through the years so better to come near opening or closing, however you do miss out on the snack and tasters they have of products
D. L. B.
This was definitely worth the trip. The prices are really good here. The membership pays for itself. It's always worth having a membership for this place. I also find the staff to be friendly. They also have a wide variety of selections. You can always get a good bargain when buying stuff in bulk from these guys.
A. B. W.
Warehouse type shopping experience, membership need for shopping but fairly easy to setup visit your local store go to customer service desk request membership meet the Costco criteria then membership will be completed there and then even down to a photo on your membership card. It will depend on the type of membership when you can shop visit the store or check online for further information, they offer all sorts of food, paper goods, clothing, books, white goods, large selection of TVs, toiletteries, also they offer large selection of seasonal goods, one thing I really like is they have taster stations around the store, but sometimes they are over prescribed. I have found my minimal spend is £100 but more often or not its a lot more, they have eating area fast food seems always busy but have tried as yet, they have a tire service. And opticians I have tried this service and found it excellent service fair price but limit choice,
One thing to remember check the price carefully because of vat don't get caught out. Takes a while to get round the store so if your in a rush not the store for you unless you know what you want and where it is in the store
E. J.
Nice selection of goods at retail stock. A word of warning that you can get carried away and can go way over budget. Most of the items display net of VAT so you have to add this on as well. Strangely some items are cheaper in the retail shops then here so buyer beware. Other items you will get a good deal so buy carefully
P. P.
MK: First day of the face mask mandate and it was great to see everyone wearing them and staff not allowing entry to those without.
Bit mental at checkouts, but good food system to ensure social distancing.
L.
Amazing. Loads of stuff and a huge variety. Super sized and good value for money. Easy and fast shop too as there are loads of staff on duty.
P. T.
The lady in customer services was absolutely amazing. So understanding and friendly when my membership card was declined. She sorted out my new card with minimal fuss what fantastic service, I'm very happy what a lovely lady!!
M. J.
Slightly busier than expected, did not have to wait in line for long. Good Covid guidance. Customers not always social distancing, otherwise pleasurable experience.
M. G.
Very good for getting various products, food, clothing, electrical goods. It's a warehouse. You have to be a member and cannot just go there to shop.
c. s.
Brilliant store.. today was very quiet so got everything I want with ease..
Will recommend
d.
Costco Milton Keynes.
Lovely customer services. Thanks for today, need to bring payslip
H. M.
Had everything needed, could spend lots of money if I tried lol, only draw back was when asked to pull face mask back up, just to have a quick breath, I'm asmastic, but only wear because I'm fed up with being asked why I haven't got one on even when I have a badge on, but a cracking place to shop
D. B.
Not everyone can get access to this but if you can it's worth considering. You do have to know your prices as it is possible to get things in normal supermarkets for the same price but Costco does have some tremendous bulk buys. We keep up membership as it has stuff which is good quality and that you cannot get elsewhere.
M. B.
I usually visit the Watford branch as I am accustomed going there but I have been to the Milton Keynes branch and it was just as good as the Watford branch. I am leaving this review to highlight a customer that left a review. If Costco is closed, is that a valid reason to give them a 1 star, remember that Costco is not ran by robots and boxing day is an additional day for staff to have a break. We need to stop being so selfish. As human beings, we need to do better.
S. C.
Every good great prices on fresh meat
S. P.
Great place but was a bit packed and took 15 minutes to get to tills but be warned although you got a lot of great deals here, not all are cheaper that the supermarkets. 8-10
C. “. m. H.
Clean store friendly staff. Only 2 tills open with long queues.
J. A.
Good experience and fairly well socially distanced store with all trolleys being sanitised in the car park. Queues to get in weren't so bad but to get to the till the queue ran through the store to the back.
W. B.
Firstly what a lovely Lady working at the registration desk, she was so helpful and awesome, a very good intro to Costco. Shopping was a pleasure, thank you.
I. M.
Not unlike any other Costco in terms of products and shopping experience. I.e. Lots of great products and great prices so long as you have the space for bulk purchases.
Car park can be havoc at busy times of the year... Xmas etc.
K. W.
It is a nice and staff are always helpful i would say they need someone to monitor the drink refill place everytime I go i get a drink before I leave but the other day someone was allowing their child to press all the drink things aswell and trying to drink from the machine which is disgusting and then today you get some chavs allowing children to do the same again pressing ice everywhere and eating it :/
D. E. C.
Although the queue appeared to be long it moved very quickly and directed to the next available till. Great customer service and in there quicker than I normally am. Thank you Costco team
C. N.
Greatest change during the covid crisis is the food court. All tables and chairs removed. No contact and socially distanced service. No self service apart from drinks.
V. l.
Clean, tidy and always well stocked ... Never known it any different so that's why I've rated it 5 stars.
G. K.
Fresh and tasty food. Good value and quality.
M. T.
Always busy and food is great. Always interesting to visit and their cafe prices are so cheap! You need to be a Costco member and have your membership card. Parking at peak periods can be tricky.
E. M.
Nice things, great bakery, good cafe. Great value
L. ..
Parking is horrendous, getting into the premise is horrendous, trying to pay for your stuff takes forever due to how many people are always there... But you do find some great stuff, great store
S. S.
Great place to get bulk items or individual items if you like, all at reasonable prices and good quality.
E. P.
This is a great Costco, always has lots of new stock in and the employees are super friendly. I would recommend to get here at opening times as parking can get very busy where you are waiting for a car to leave. Would definitely recommend going.
S. T.
Great warehouse with great value on some items..Just be sensible and compare prices and you'll get good deals.
P. M.
Really friendly and kind staff on the tills. Enough space to socially distance comfortably. Well stocked.
J.
Very dirty. Had to clean and wipe all purchases when we got home that the food at this Costco is really excellent!
T. B.
Large warehouse type shopping experience, membership required, excellent and large choice of items from food, clothing white goods etc, some excellent bargains to be had
Negative points-read lapels as price shown in large text is minus vat see true cost underneath main cost, don't be fooled,
Have found nearly every visit min spend is over £100 but don't forget log term you do spend money example when you buy toilet rolls or paper toweling etc.
Personal observation worth a try if careful you could save money, great service for parties or small businesses etc
S. N.
If you are in Buckinghamshire then this is best Costco you have got. Location is very accessible and very close to central Milton Keynes. The store has ample parking space with all the facilities inside. In my experience I find this better than some of the other Costco store in southern England. Staff are good and their Tyre service is also quite good.
G. S.
Great quality products at very cheap prices. Can find almost anything here
J. L.
Never had any issues with Costco, helpful staff, good products, can't go wrong.
L. M.
Always a pleasure to shop here, very Covid aware and safe. Testers are back! Such good quality, but you need to check prices
J. C.
Great place for bulk purchases. Good quality and good price in general. We use them for home and business.
J. M.
Thankfully not too busy this morning. No long queue at the till.
C. T.
Lots on off get good prices
Staff friendly clean and tidy store.
A. Y.
Great offers and prices. Organic fruits and veg bought for home. Going Costco is like shopping therapy 😌
I. R.
Very buzy
I. Z.
Busy Sunday in Milton Keynes,I see that the best deal is on toilet paper,so no worries for another lockdawn, meet products has good quality but no offers like mix and match-
T. C.
Great if you buy in bulk or want good quality meats.
p. c.
A aladins cave of goodies. Good quality items at a better price than the shops give your self plenty of time to look round, loads to see
P. A.
It's always a pleasure visiting and buying at this store because of the quality of the food 😋
m. C.
The queue was quite long but moved quickly, queues at the tills wasn't that bad either.
Only the second time I have been to that store but enjoyed it both times.
c. s.
Busy but plenty of room to keep your distance and get your shopping sorted and only reasonable size queues at the check outs
I. C.
It's a bulk buy food store, with some clothing and goods on sale too. Always well stocked, clean & tidy. Plenty of parking at the location. The site also has a car garage for tyres, and a cafetiere style restaurant for quick food.
D. B.
A well maintained large CostCo with decent parking and efficient courteous staff. Like any cash and carry, avoid peak times where possible and your experience will be a good one.
A. U.
Store open. Queue to enter, separation in queue and in store not managed or marked except at tills. Some clients not caring or bothering. Good stock level, however product choice reduced.
J. N.
It always good in shop high quality stuff well done 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
D. R.
This is my first trip to any shop since the start of lockdown. Costco was very well organised, and did thank them. I felt perfectly safe at all times
J. r.
Good stuff. Prices are increasing on stuff but that's expected i guess . But good experience. Food thereis great. They're pizza is absolutely to die for
R. C.
Extensive range of shopping requirements including food, clothing, books and all things electrical. There is also a very reasonably priced cafe. On the same site is the COSTCO tyre department with good deals on a range of tyres.
S. T.
The shopping area is clean, well arranged and has a variety of items to pick from at affordable prices and friendly service providers.
P. N.
I have shopped at CostCo for years. Quality and value across the board is good. HOWEVER Company buyers are morons. The last 6 times I visited, I wanted to buy their own brand short sleeved shirts. However there are always lots of SMALL and MEDIUM size but few LARGE and ABSOLUTELY NO X-LARGE AND X-X-LARGE. Why are the CostCo- company buyers morons? Shop floor staff always say "Oh we always run out of L, XL and XXL as soon as they product arrives. I don't know why we don't buy more L, XL and XXL". Costco's computer system will show what's happening. So why don't the moronic Buyers alter the size mix to address over supply of S and M and the non-availability of L, XL and XXL? I can't even make contact with Costco Management to get this point across because everyone there is anonymous.
R. E.
Most of the appeal of Costco to me is that IT FEELS LIKE I'VE BEEN TELEPORTED HOME. That said, I also love looking around at Costco in the UK as people purchase flats of scones and gargantuan boxes of tea. There's a happy commentary about international relations in that visual, I think. Or maybe people the world over just like to shop.
Prices are good, but not always a mega-deal (if you're a die-hard bargain shopper). However, there is a great range of American products, which end up being _much_ more affordable than purchasing them (plus shipping) on "US product" sites or special ordering them.
To round out the experience I'd also like to note: hotdogs, are 1.50. Slices of pizza (cheese, pepperoni, BBQ chicken) are 1.60 or so. Full pizzas also available for impromptu pizza parties . It's a great place to cheaply grab a bite of simple carbs and saturated fats.
Beware weekends, and avoid Christmas times. Trust.
K. G.
Nice customer service, people are polite and friendly, just done my 4x tires, no appointment booked, just drived up and after 50min all sorted, all in decent price..
Highly recommended this place
D. O.
Very helpful service at till excellent. Don't seem to in the store as long compared when I visit other Costco stores.
T. B.
Convenient for a large number of items, but...
1st off, I'm not certain how competitively priced their goods are
2nd, incredibly annoyingly, they've shifted things around in the store, tacking on several minutes more to one's average shopping time, as hapless customers wander around in dazed confusion looking for items which have moved shelves, seemingly without rhyme or reason.
I recommend less faffing about with store item positions, more shop floor assistants and a concerted effort to make prices more competitive.
L. P.
Lots of food choice at very good prices
P. T.
The cashier could not have done any more .... she was polite and very helpful from time i arrived at desk to time i left .... and the guys o the door both in and out were helpful whilst proficiently checking me in and out quickly and without any fuss
I hope you all stay safe
Best wishes
Peter Thurston
A. N.
Love the selection of electronics, diy, gadgets and food plus their tasty affordable hot food for take away
J. M.
Some good value items and quieter on Saturday when it opens. However some prices higher than Lidl and not better quality. Also not a huge savings and choice if you had to run a business
B. A.
Parking space size as it should be anywhere in the UK. Great fast food.
D. G.
Excellent place. As always huge place to shop. Very good prices on some of the items. Visited first time in MK and was impressed with their customer service. Thanks. Plenty of parking.
L. h.
Was a great visit. Some queues but went quickly. Staff are efficient and get you through quickly and keeping everyone safe
A. C.
Members only wholesaler selling predominantly food & beverages, electrical's, and household goods along with seasonal items.
Two levels of membership are available, trade or individual. Those with a trade account can enter Costco at any time, individual members are restricted to pm hours only on weekdays, anytime on weekends.
Discounts are good, but only if you are prepared to buy in bulk or pay for quality; this is especially the case for food.
The cafe with a small but extremely cheap selection of fast food is highly recommended. The queues can get very long if shopping at popular times, and they can often sell out of some lines if buying near to closing time.
Tip: Enter and exit the car park via the south entrance of Chippenham drive as traffic to and from the near by Tesco's can make it difficult at times.
S. a.
Covid May.... The queues went quick and the booze is cheap 👌🏽
S. J. J.
Need more Kirkland products.
P. A.
It's a Costco wholesale store. If you want handcrafted gifts that support local indigenous people, then go elsewhere. But if you're after home electronics or 10'000 paper towels then you are going to love it.
N. J.
It's costco like all others, just because it's wholesale doesn't make it cheaper, however there is plenty of parking, the cafe is cheap as chips, there are plenty of good options on brand names and special offer items are often very well priced.
V. T.
Brilliant place for everything you need all under 1 roof,
R. W.
Great shop. Cheap for some stuff (if you have room for bulk) expensive for others, you have to keep your wits about you. The big win is the quality of meat, veg, cheese etc - Costco fruit makes you depressed that Tesco and Sainsbury's can sell such rubbish. The difference is just staggering. Try the Aberdeen Angus steak!!!
J. O.
Love this shoo but always buy things I didn't go for. Jewellery here is amazing and fantastic quality, you would pay 3 times more in a high street store, so whilst not romantic can't be beaten on price.
N. S.
Ģreat place got almost everything I wanted. But no Listerine or Tassimo Americano coffee. But good prices on prosceco. No queues easy shopping.
J. M.
I have been going to Costco for as long as it's been open and love everything about it, staff are friendly everywhere clean and tidy including the toilets....food and products are fabulous...but today I was in slight shock....notice that you are selling Halal meat and to be honest not happy...just thought I would let you know how I feel.....
n. p.
Great place to shop, cheap prices, not too busy
S. W.
As always helpful staff loads of items on offer and all the usual items in plentiful supply.
S. M.
Extensive range of quality products. Great Customer Service. Enjoyable visit everytime
A. B.
Great place to shop always very polite staff , especially the young lady directing us to the tills , long brown hair , blue jeans and a face shield on , gorgeous.
G. M.
Best place to buy in bulk.
m. a.
Found a nail in my tire when I arrived. The Costo Tyre centre checked it within 5 minuts of me asking if they could help, found the correct tyre and offered to exchange it while I wait. What is more, they found out that the tyre was not damaged in the end and did not need changing after all. And offered a full refund. How amazing is it to have such fast and honest service! I will be back when I need my tyres changed next time.
D. T.
Only went in to collect a trailer for Costco Milton Keynes, but the guy in Turners Transport office was polite and helpful.
C. r.
Busy as usual but got through & paid quickly without any long waits at tills or coffee shop
K. S.
Great store with some good deals!
L. S.
Very well organised just have to watch prices because not always as cheap as you think as you have to make sure you check price after vat added
R. G.
I absolutely love everything about Costco. The range of products, food and non food is brilliant and the quality is simply outstanding and factor in very reasonable prices and I wouldn't want to shop anywhere else. The best retail experience bar none!
A. S.
Very easy store to find things. Helpful staff if things are too big or heavy to your car.
t. c.
Trouble with this place u go in for your month supply of tea bags and come out £150 later
N.
Good place to get things in bulk, sometimes you get good deals
M. H.
Costco is an American wholesaler, you have to be a member to shop, it costs 30.00 GBP to join and they have membership restrictions. The quality is superb at least as good as if not better than leading brands and generally the prices are lower, though you do have to be careful, products go on promotion and are listed in a coupon book and some items will be reduced on an instant saving but these are only seen when you are in the store. Nearly all the items are sold in bulk but packaging is pretty good. Kirkland Signature is Costco's own label and is very good especially on the clothing side of things. In store there is a bakery, butchery, deli, print shop, opticians, tyre fiiting and small cafe which is not pleasant on a busy day but exceedingly good value on a limited menu. They can't always guarantee to have products in stock and frustratingly they move items around the store so if you can't see it where it was then hunt around or ask! A lot of the brands you won't be familiar with but you will come to love especially if catering for a big party and with in store tasters you can always try before you buy!
Y. M.
Always love a trip to Costco, they have such a variety of food and homeware, jewelry, everything you need under one roof.
J. C.
Great got exactly what we wanted wife happy me happy 😊 😃 😀
D. k.
