Chicken and lamb very well cooked , juicy and tender . All fresh juice , recommended mango lassy. And the lemon with mint was perfect. Generally when I order humus it is too bitter for my taste, but here was mustered and the tasty. Recommended meat and mix cold mezzes .

My boyfriend took me for our first proper date out and this place is amazing the staff go above and beyond for you. They didn’t have fresh orange so freshly squeezed some for me. After dinner and dessert, the waitress came over and said here is some dessert that we have just made fresh on the house. A sharing dessert, was so thoughtful. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Delicious food and lovely decor. We got a whole array of mezze items and stiffed breads that completely filled the table. Food was incredibly flavourful and tasty. I ordered a takeaway from here earlier and it was absolutely delicious. I got the mixed grill and the meat was incredible - sometimes the meat can be a bit tough from other places but everything was really tender. Chips and chilli sauce were also lovely. Highly reccomend this place for a mixed grill.

This is the one opposite Heaton Buffs. Excellent bring your own drink Lebanese Restaurant. This was 1st time I have experienced Lebanese cuisine and was pleasantly surprised. Both at the food, and at the price. Excellent, and excellently staffed. Needless to say, we WILL be back. 10/ 5

We ordered chicken Shawarma and spicy sausage wraps and a fattoush salad. Unbelievable. The wraps were tailored exactly how we asked for them and were incredible, particularly the spicy lamp sausage one. The salad was the best I’ve had in Newcastle, and we’ve been to a lot of Lebanese’s! Would definitely recommend to anyone, we don’t leave reviews often, but this place deserves it! ❤️

I absolutely love it here There is a large menu to choose from between hot and cold starters soups, as well as a mixture of mains. The staff are very friendly and work hard to ensure you have a great service when you are there. The food quality seems very good and is home made The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and portion size. Every time I go, I find myself buying different meals and all the food I have tried so far has been fantastic. They serve soft drinks here but do not serve alcohol, so if you did want alcohol you would need to take your own. I have been here over 6 times over the last year and I absolutely cannot recommend it enough, I will continue to visit! I would absolutely recommend

Best Lebanese food experience I've ever tasted. The meat was all absolutely sublime, and so juicy and moist. The selection of starters that we shared as a group were all amazing. The falafel was by far the best I've had, the spiced roast potatoes were even better than my Nan's (don't tell her I said that). I have to say that the houmous was the most authentic I've tasted since I visited Oman. This is must visit for all foodies.

Just got home from delightful meal at the Beirut Lounge. They fitted us in (without a booking). The service and food were excellent. Good variety of vegetarian dishes - we had 5 dishes between the two us and, despite healthy appetites, only just managed to finish our portions. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere lively and, despite a busy night, no one rushed us. There was a family birthday party going on but it wasn’t intrusive and we had space for a decent conversation. Authentic food, good flavours and superb service.

Great food at reasonable prices and excellent service. We had the moussaka and braised lamb, which was flavourful and fall apart tender. Did their best to accommodate my friend's strange dietary requirement for incredibly spicy food by bringing a bowl of fresh chili to munch on. Also forgot his key in the restaurant and the manager chased us down 300 metres from the restaurant just to return it. Will definitely come back again (though hopefully he won't forget his keys the next time round)

My brother and I ordered from Beirut lounge for the 1st time tonight using feedmeonline.co.uk, the lamb moussaka was incredibly delicious, tender soft quality lamb that melts in your mouth, aubergine that was tasty and great quality, flavourful sauce, just delicious. My brother had the Kabseh Lamb which again melted in your mouth lamb, so much flavour in the rice and toasted nuts. The resturants very kindly gave us free rice pudding and cucumber yoghurt too, it was so lovely of them and an unexpected surprise. We are really looking forward to ordering from here again, thank you to your incredible chefs and staff for providing such delicious and high quality food.

We literally just popped in for a quick Sunday bite had around one hour free and was very pleasantly surprised by the food quality. Even the basics like we had was excellent. Even my mother who is the pickiest eater on planet earth thought it was good. Don't get a starter if you get full quickly as chances are you won't finish your main. Fairly priced as well. Very nice food. In fact, it's delicious. The restaurant is cash only, no card payments accepted, and doesn't serve alcoholic drinks, but you can bring your own and they don't charge you anything for doing that. Great staff.

Recently I was in Newcastle for two nights and wanted to have a vegetarian meal and found this restaurant rated high on the web. I decided to walk from the city center to the restaurant. The walk was very dull by the side a busy high way. However, the meal and the service was excellent and worth the trip. I ordered four vegetarian side dishes which were freshly made and very tasty. The waiter/?owner was very kind and offered me a taste of traditional Lebanese desert (baklava) which I enjoyed (very nice gesture!). I have been to few Lebanese restaurants in Africa, Asia and Europe. This probably is one of the best. I definitely will go back again (not walking from city center of course) and will highly recommend it.

The basics are there, but there is no attention to detail. The food could be readily improved with a squeeze of fresh lemon here, a bit of coriander there, a sprinkle of sumac or zatar etc etc... And the service is always painfully slow, even when it's not busy. But it is reasonably priced and BYOB so worth a look if you're in the neighbourhood.

Thursday lunchtime, had the hummus beiruty, falafel, battata harra, chicken shawarma and lamb kofta between two. Hummus was delicious and the chilli added a delightful kick, beautifully accompanied by the fresh flatbread. Both the hot mezze dishes was also very tasty, with the falafel both crisp and soft. Served on a flatbread, the shawarma and kofta were cooked to perfection and the chilli and garlic sauces on the table added highlights to the flavours. Finishing with a mint tea, everything was a delight from start to finish. Next time, dinner.

My favourite place in Newcastle to eat, by a mile. I would recommend sharing starters in a tapas style, my recommendations being fattet hommos b’laban, cheese borek, baba ganouj, fattoush and moussaka batinjian. Mains I would recommend Farouj Meshiwi and sea bass. Then get ossmallieh, baklava and rice pudding for dessert. Phenomenal.
