r. d. m.Brilliant staff and produce. Propper butchers where you can buy most things. Pop next door to Slades for the veg, a bit further up to Paolo for fish then keep walking for the bread at Hambleton
S. B.Great range of quality meat. The sausages are particularly good.Fab deli counter with some amazing cheeses. Loads of other little bits and bobs like jams and pickles. All served by friendly knowledgeable staff who clearly care about what they do.

I bought some Lincolnshire sausage from Brumptons a couple of days ago plus some other products.
Before cooking my sausage this morning I sliced down one side to open up the sausage. After cooking in the oven, I went to pick them up carefully with kitchen tongs when both sausage completely fell apart! (no facility to add a photo) I can only conclude that the sausage contains *insufficient meat to enable adequate binding of the product. Very disappointed!! *no ingredient listing evident.
