j. S.Great local butcher, the guys there are super friendly and happy to chat to you about what you're cooking and give suggestion for how to get the best out of the meat. They have a good mix of the usual cuts and they have game available. They also offered to get anything in if I had a specific request.
D. M.A dying breed of shop keepers that serve their customers with knowledge, helpfulness and keen prices. I will not argue that some supermarkets may be cheaper but what price is quality. Give Hedges a try and you will not regret it.
V. G.we had a piece of brisket for the 'FINAL' w-e - I braised it in Shiraz for quite a few hours and had for lunch today with Jersey Royal potatoes and teeny, tiny carrots - supurb!
