T. H.Excellent local butcher: really friendly service and very high quality meat. If you want a measure of the quality, I bought some steak from Michael one Saturday, but we had unexpected extra mouths to feed on the Sunday. I dashed out to a local supermaket for more steak -- set beside Michael's it looked more like veal!
Try his sausages, too.
