Did find it challenging to get hold of someone when package arrived damaged.
A. B.I have ordered fillet steaks from healthy halal quite a few times now. These are restaurant grade fillets and are such good value for money. I’m talking about melting in your mouth steaks. The meat was fresh and delivered the next working day. They were kind enough to call me when certain products had run out of stock and offered me a suitable replacement which was more than expected. They kept me fully aware of any changes and I am very happy with their customer service. I will only be using them for my meat orders in future. Thank you for providing us with such lovely meals!

No mess, all produce fresh as it had been delivered and cut on the same day! Amazing! You have received a regular customer in me, really impressed. Site was easy to navigate and really simple. The meat quality were really good. They were packed in ice packs so if you're not in, the meat will not get to room temperature and start to spoil.
Only feedback on the delivery for my part is that it would be better if the time slot window is smaller. It would be much better if I can book within a 2-3 hour slot. I think from previous comments I've read, the delivery issues is something they can resolve.
It won't stop me buying from them again as their range is good so far!

From recent two experiences , I had to throw away my two meatball deliveries because of the heatwave.Also I’ve recieved my refund but terrible excuses, unprofessional custumer service was a nightmare..Unfortunately I won’t recommend it to anyone ,anymore.Looking for another company.
