A proper Butcher shop with a proper Butcher, the sausages are fantastic, my favourites the chipolatas. Fantastic to see Hogs pudding, it tastes so good, Patrick told me how best to cook it. The shop is superb.

This is truly a diamond within the rough.... I have previously run kitchens and restaurants had a endless supply of butchers but with all my heart and pallet by far the best quality meat I have ever had especially the wall prepared frenched lamb rack and the beef fillet my father and visit as much as we can and convenience of the pub opposite is a bonus.. Take a brief moment to say thank you for many great meals.. the cook is only as great as the produce 10 stars + and should defo try the hogs pud ( traditional )
