B. J.Upto a fortnight ago the cured back bacon was the best we have ever had but some thing as changed it's thinner and dry when cooked and doesn't taste like smoked bacon all the other meats are 5 star I could not give the bacon 1 star have you changed your supplier its like a board when cooked ?
