My Bros brought me here for my birthday and I haven't experienced anything quite like it! The food was amazing beautiful to look at. We had the Evening BBQ stuff off the menu. There was no wait at all for food. The team would bring around food to you, and cut the beautiful meat Infront of you. I would have liked to have posted more Photos but I was so excited with the variety and incredible taste I couldn't stop eating to take more photos. The desserts were small but you were able to easily try all of them which again were amazing. Well done to the team here for raising the bar it will be hard for anywhere to beat my experience here.

Not good value for money. Food was just ok, meat wasn’t great and choice of dishes poor.. a Brazilian without pão de quejio is not really convincing, and you get even more doubtful when you try the desserts, probably the worst I have ever had… the stars go to the service, employees are nice and welcoming, and we had a good capirinha.

The food here was excellent, with amazing steaks, juicy chicken and spicy sausage. The cocktails were super nice too and they were great for their price during happy hour. My main issue with this restaurant is the members of staff adding on a £15 tip for themselves on top of the bill, without asking. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BILL!! I did not appreciate feeling so pressured into paying such a massive tip, which for my bill of £46 was way over the 10-20% usual tip that is optional to pay if service is exceptional. (The tip took my bill up to £61). This was disappointing as the service was great until they added the large tip that I almost paid until I did a double take of the payment machine and had it corrected to a tip I felt slightly more comfortable with. Even then I felt pressured to pay that, regardless of the man telling me “no worries”. It felt like a guilt trip, and it made me feel confident I would not return to the restaurant, purely because of the pressure to unnecessarily part with extra money. Other than this rather rude issue, the restaurant was good.

So this place is slow, like mega mega slow ask for drinks and went and got them ourselves 25 min later from the bar as they had just been sat there. This said though the evening was fun the meat delivery agents were really fun and chatty good stories about his chicken heart eating youth and good at pushing the meat. The meat quality is great for the most part. And the sides and salads are nice too. Most of it is very tasty. Service was good to begin with as well until it started filling up with more customers. Then the problems really started hitting. It was clear they have too many tables and not enough staff and not a big enough kitchen to manage that many customers. They stopped serving us and even when they did again eventually they kept forgetting things we had ordered. The staff were doing their best and we don't blame them we could see they were having to prioritise new customers. But there needs to be a more sensible balance with number of tables vs staffing and kitchen capability. I would recommend casa brasil but maybe just not the West Quay one in particular or at least make sure you go when it's not busy

Fantastic place for something a little different. Huge choice of meats with fantastic flavour and extremely well cooked. The Rodizio is what they are known for and it's phenomenal. Not the cheapest night out but worth every penny especially if it's a special celebration. Plus the cocktails are insane!! Highly recommended.

Very noisy restaurant with very little social distancing for such an expensive meal. The meat was delicious and very tasty. The Brazilian style is lots of thick salt which makes it extra juicy. The sides are very very poor quality - so don’t bother with them. The drinks are expensive, but you can ask for a jug of water.

I went with my wife and daughter, wife is Brazilian, from the south of Brazil, she knows what a good barbecue is. Unfortunately, all of us were very upset about the barbecue. The meat was very dry and they did not have the lovely Brazilian chicken hearts and lamb . The glasses of cocktail were £9.50, so if you go with a family of three, it’s about thirty pounds just to start. The waiter were very friendly and also very polite. We found the music very loud, it would be nicer a bit lower.

Worth the money but below average appetisers not looking or tasting freshly made and disappointed how some of the meat was served. I personally like my meat rare but some cuts were served raw ( waiters were cutting pieces too thick) and were not fit for consumption. A shame to waste such quality of food. My first visit was on Monday. It exceeded my expectations inspite of what my son had explained to me about it. The food was top quality, hot, well prepared and well served. For an all you can eat BBQ. I could not fault it. Even the Tapas and desserts were all you can eat. The price was well worth the money. Definitely recommend trying it. This is our 4th visit..everytime we have been the staff have been friendly, the food has been lovely and the help yourself food bar has always been fresh and tasty. The sweet potato chips are very tasty. If you sign up for their emas tou can eat for free on your birthday.

Wish I could give higher star rating. We found this place on 28th February when looking for somewhere to celebrate my son's birthday. so fantastic have been back on 5th March for younger son's birthday and planning to attend on 27th march for Mother's Day. These guys are absolutely fantastic every member of staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Nothing is to much trouble from getting involved to make a special occasion more special singing happy birthday/anniversary/wedding etc to carrying someone up the stairs in a wheelchair as the lift isn't working (broke yesterday due to be fixed tuesday) The food is superb quality, constantly bringing more and for anyone wanting a gluten free diet could not be better all 18 BBQ items are gluten free and all bar 4 of the tapas items. Massive thank you to all of the staff. Looking forward to seeing you all again in a couple of weeks time.

First time here for my birthday, had been seated in a table where the meat servers always walk straight past, so we weren't being served anything. We complained to a young waiter Zeno who looked after us the rest of the night and made sure we were happy. They sing happy birthday to everyone who spent their birthday here which is a nice gesture. The manager is so friendly and likes to make sure he gets to speak to every table. The meat is cooked tasty and tender and the sides are delicious! I first visited Casa Brasil in their original location at Oxford Street and absolutely love it.The food is delicious and you can eat as little or as much as you want. This is the place where you can let the carnivore in you roam free and you won't regret it. The staff is fantastic and super friendly, but the star of the show is undoubtedly, the manager, Paolo. Paolo is perennially friendly and always happy to see us come in. His personality is larger than life and he will always make sure that you're enjoying yourself and having a great time.

My wife is Brazilian so it brings her back home when tasting the food and having a BBQ style dinner. Always a great time when we come here. The food is excellent. Make sure not to fill up on the buffet, because you want plenty of room for the rodizio meats. Staff super friendly and the food was very much enjoyed. If you love Brazilian Rodízio then you will love Casa Brazil. During my visit there were still one Covid measures in place so the salad bar wasn't open but instead it was brought directly to our table so nothing was lost. The waiters were wearing masks so sometimes we have to get them to repeat things but they were all super easy going so it was never an issue. Would go out of my way to return here it was that good!!

The rodizio concept is great: You sit at your table and every so often, you are offered freshly barbecued stuff (mostly meat). Quality of most food is quite decent and you can eat as much as you want. Unlimited side/starter options also available to order. Recommend not ordering too many of these to begin with to make sure there is room for the various meat options.

Amazing place for meat lovers, not too pricey considering the quality of the food and it being unlimited, between £25.50 to £29.50 depending on which day you go, cinnamon pineapple is delicious, gammon, lamb, beef, steak ribs, kangaroo and any other meat you could think of, includes a tapas style buffet also all you can eat, everything is served to the table, a fab selection of cocktails, this is a great Brazilian style restaurant with happy staff and lots of singing. Highly recommended.

Amazing restaurant with delicious food. Reservations are highly recommended, especially on evenings and weekends. Just get seated, set the card to green and allow the staff to serve you up an endless supply of perfectly cooked meat. There is a buffet with other food available but just ignore that, the main attraction is what comes out on a skewer. Small portions are the best way to go as that allows you to try more of a variety. Alcoholic drinks including cocktails are available but not cheap. The staff are very friendly and have a brilliant sense of humour. If you go at the weekend then expect to hear happy birthday being sung at least once.

The thing that makes this place for me though is the atmosphere, it’s a fun, upbeat, enjoyable place to spend a few hours. The manager there deserves a special mention for being a great guy and really making everyone feel special and welcomed!

Normally I would give 5 stars, we have had amazing meals here before with great service. The eat out to help out scheme really affected our evening, as there were not enough staff the night when we went which meant everything took a lot longer than usual. The lovely manager Paulo was clearly stressed - he explained he had staff working monday-wednesday to cover the busiest nights and Fridays had been quieter so there were less staff so they could recover from the business at the start of the week. Unfortunately for us we went the Friday this was the case so it wasn't the usual experience. Paulo was more than apologetic and wanted to move heaven and earth to put it right and we felt bad for him as you can see this scheme has exhausted a lot of the staff, not just at this restaurant. He was constantly helping to wait tables and bring drinks and the staff were all flat out trying to keep up with demand. The food was usual standard, service was just a LOT slower which when you are at an all you can eat BBQ restaurant is not ideal. We will return next month when dining life is back to normal and the scheme is finished - I'm sure next time will be great.

Had a table of eight for my stag do. The food was great as well as the atmosphere. They celebrated a good six or seven birthdays which were a crowd pleaser and they did a special Happy Wedding Day version for myself. Great beer selection and we especially enjoyed the eight pint beer tower as a centerpiece. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable meal to kick start the evening of my stag do. I would highly recommend Casa Brasil for any party as there is a wide range of food in the buffet section and the meats brought round were delicious, these ranged from sirloin steak to cheesy pork.

The food was delicious but unfortunately the service was not. We easily waited for at least 10 minutes from one piece of meat to the next one. There was no need to show the red signal at all, but to wave it at them to be acknowledged! It was busy as there were two birthday parties in the same area as we were sitting, two massive tables seemed to get priority over the two small tables in the other end (where another couple like us was patiently waiting to be fed, just like us). Wouldn't it be easier to serve 2 people as it is quicker and then the big table? Common sense! Remarkably, the waiter in charge of drinks, desserts and the bill needed reminders for each of these tasks (we observed that he was quite busy getting THE WRONG orders to the massive party!) and at some point he had the nerve to come to us and reprimend us for complaining after having waited for ten minutes for dessert. In short: meat did not get to us very often and we had to chase after drinks, dessert and bill. Food is good but allow a generous three hour's time if you're planning to eat here so that your meal is worth the money you are paying!

I always have loved going to Casa Brasil, and it was so great to go back again after so many months. Great service with employees that have a great sense of humour. Making us all laugh and enjoy our evening! It was great to see a place doing so well with the current situation, they have put enough measurements in place with either hand gel facility or hand washing. I would recommend hand washing always. They will sit you next to other families of up to only 1 metre in busy times. Personally this does not bother me. If you are terrified about COVID-19, do not go in the busy times where you may be seated 1 metre apart only. And remember guys, every business is trying to find their feet with the new way of life for perhaps longer than we realise. Be kind. As usual I will be happy to go again! Keep up the great work!

Staff asked if we had been before and when we said no they mumbled something and then went off to another customer who was summoning them to their table. We read instructions on the menu and waited for them to come back and take our drinks order but after 20mins of waiting we went to bar to order it ourselves. The bar staff said something to the waiter who then finally came over to our table with one of the coloured cards and explained it all to us properly. Other than the poor customer service/instructions, we had a lovely time as the food was great :-)

I've been there several times now, it does seem the service is a bit hit and miss, last time the service was very poor, we had to ask for the meat to come to the table, we were charged £20 service charge on approximately £200 bill which was to much on this occasion. When I asked who got the service charge I was told the owner took some and only a proportion gos to the waiters/Chefs. They charge enough to pay the waiters a good wage and they should leave the service charge discretionry.

Having been to two Brazilian steakhouses so far in my travels I now look for them anywhere I go. It's something that must be experienced if you enjoy meat and variety in your dining. This is a fine example of the style. In summary, you start off with a light buffet with a good selection of side orders, salads, cold cuts, garnishes, stews and other things. Then, sitting at your table, you flip a little disc and meat joints are brought to your table. This continues until you flip the card again. It's wonderful, if gluttonous. My complaints here are quite minor: the meat was cold and took too long to come around. The restaurant was quiet when we visited, so perhaps this doesn't happen every time. Try the oreo milkshake! Yum.

The grilled meat is simply awesome, the combination of cinnamon dusted pineapple and gammon was delicious, the help yourself buffet though was a bit of a mixed bag and as the restaurant was very quiet the food sat out there under the hot plates for a very long time. My biggest gripe with Casa Brasil though is the price, over £20 a head for a buffet is ludicrous, £15 would be the absolute limit of what I'd be willing to pay to return in the future. With drinks our final bill for four people was a whopping £115!!!

Such fun, the staff use kitchen equipment for percussion to get a Brasilian beat to wish customers happy birthday, it was great. The meat is served at the tables cut off scewers it is cooked on over the heat. Lots of flavour. A meat lovers paradise. A good salad bar too. The desserts were a bit of a disappointment but we were very full after everything else so it wasn't an issue. We also loved the big screens with footage of Brasil carnival but maybe not suitable for young children with semi clad ladies. As we were all adults it wasn't an issue. You can have good food cooked in a way similar to Brazil. Even if you don't like meat, you can get a all you can eat based on Vegs. On the negative side, the restaurant is expensive and you can expect to spend more than £30 very easily. Also, not all the food is fresh and of good quality, like palmito that is not even close to the real one.
