Big store with a huge variety of Polish foods, snacks, and cakes! I especially love the tasty selection of cakes on display in the store window, certainly makes one do a double take when passing by the store ;) The prices of items are reasonable, in line or even cheaper compared other Polish shops around.

Outstanding and friendly staff ! Always well stocked up and reasonably priced. Huge variety of all products as well. Very pleasant experience today - I randomly asked one of the ladies putting their deliveries away if birthday cakes are available and she with the smile answered yes they are and advised me to join the queue to the till while she personally went to the stock room to get me one of their smashing cakes ! I could’ve wait longer if not up to her brilliant customer service ! Amazing customer service skills ! Definitely highly recommended

I love the food so much but customer service is the worst ever....every time they speak in polish language when I’m being served and I’m getting rude attitude when I’m waiting for my receipt...it’s a shame that I have to put up with this as the food is amazing!

There is only one problem and this is my appeal to the owner of Smaczek stores that he should lightly teach his employees that the client is our PAN and not the other way around, that there should be signage in stores where the line to the meat stall begins or divide it into positions to make life easier for others there is a huge mess and aggression occurs, in particular to make it easier for people who do not know Polish and there are a lot of customers, also appeals to the owner to hire people with English because there is a huge problem with communication between sellers and buyers (language barrier). (Original) Sklep bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony, przystępne ceny !!! To jest wielki PLUS!!!!!! Jest jeden tylko problem i to jest mój apel do właściciela sklepów Smaczek aby lekko swoich pracowników nauczył że klient nasz PAN a nie na odwrót aby było oznakowanie w sklepach gdzie zaczyna się kolejka do stoiska z mięsem lub podzielić to na stanowiska tak aby ułatwić zycie innym bo jest ogromny bałagan i dochodzi do agresji w szczególności aby ułatwić osobom które nie znają języka polskiego a jest dużo klientów , również apeluje do właściciela aby zatrudniać osoby z językiem angielskim bo jest ogromny problem z komunikacją między sprzedawcami a kupującymi (bariera językowa).
