Friends have recently told us about this nursery and we thought we would take a chance and pay it's a visit. We were really surprised, they had a really nice selection of summer bedding plants and a really large extensive selection of garden shrubs and trees. Well worth a visit!

Having just moved into the area with a blank canvas for a garden, we were recommended to visit last weekend OMG Aladins Cave. Really good quality plants well looked after and great prices. My husband has just retired from Hillier nursery and was shocked at the difference in price. The fruit amd veg, animal foods, groceries, even a colouring book or 2. Brilliant find, definitely going to be a regular shopper.

Shergolds is a lovely farm shop. The meat is great and also the produce. Lots of food for all kinds of pets and animals and a walk in freezer full of dog meats for raw feeding.

I have been going here for some years now, always buy dog foods and veg. However its become a bit expensive for some of the dog treats etc. for instance £2.99 6 months ago and now £4.99. bit of a hike. still go here but i am now selective of what i buy here rather than just grabbing everything i need. used to spend an average of £150- £200. now i spend less than £100 due to he price changes. Silly move really and i cant see how anyone can justify a 40% increase in some products.

We have tended to visit the privately owned nurseries recently as they tend to be more friendly and knowledgeable. Shergolds is another excellent nurseries that falls into that category. Great knowledgeable friendly service and the prices were pleasantly surprising too.

50% discount on shrubs! Even when not discounted their prices are much lower than their competitors. They also have a shed filled with Xmas baubles, cards etc and some Halloween items. Very friendly owners. Well worth a visit!

Lovely. No grumpy staff here. And well watered plants and really good prices. Perhaps a bit more information about the plants like annuals or good ground cover but that's the only criticism I could make and if I'd asked a member of staff the information would have been available. Incredible place for the freshest fruits and vegetables and an amazing selection for your pets. We have a dog on a raw diet and they have the highest quality brands in barn sized walk in freezers at the most reasonable prices. Shergolds nursery is a great place to get great bargains. It's not like a conventional nursery but it does have tons of beautiful bedding plants and shrubs, all at fantastic prices so you get more for your bucks. If you can't see what you want just ask! Shrubs are on offer at the moment so go and have a look! I love a bargain!

Plant prices are hugely cheaper than national chain garden centres and there plants are far superior, save your money and local shops by visiting Shergolds
