A friend and I visited here to pick a pumpkin for Halloween. This place was done up so well, really well themed. Worth visiting just for the decoration. They had an on site food truck doing basic food which was decent enough. All the staff I spoke to were great as well.

One of the best pumpkin patches i have been to. Best to go there early morning, we went at 9am, as it is quieter. It does get busier from 10am onwards but the place is so big you are not on top of each other. Great food, but slightly over priced for just a bacon n sausage bap. Kids will love it and adults to, so many chances to take those instagram pics. Also the selection of pumpkins are amazing. Defo great for October/Halloween. Will defo go back!

Nice display of some amazing pumpkins 🎃but now charging to get in, £3 ppp and you have to book. Only letdown is the beverages ready Cooked burgers all wrapped ready but we're cold and teas and coffee, all luke warm bit disappointed as everything else the displays of pumpkins and witches 🧙‍♀️ skeletons were really good 👍

Lovely time at the pumpkin festival as always! It's a bit of a slog to get round in a wheelchair, but not too bad considering. The only thing I didn't like was the very stinky pit of rotting pumpkins, that was gross! Loved the sheep!!

We visited pumpkin time at Sunnyfields farm last year and loved it! We returned again this year on the 2nd opening day and with covid restrictions eased since last year we were in for a real treat! 😍 Signposts were easy to follow upon arriving, remember it's the second entrance rather than the first one when driving! We booked for the evening time so there was plenty of parking available and free. The lovely lad at the entrance made us feel so welcome and told us where everything was. Dressed in my most autumnal clothing I was ready for all things pumpkin! 🎃 We first came across several Halloween displays which were fun to see, there was a Cinderella carriage on display too as the farm has partnered with the mayflower theatre this year. There was a huge eating area with a variety of food offerings to buy (however we had just eaten so didn't get anything here). I wished I hadn't eaten because I would have loved to try the pumpkin soup! 😋 We had a walk around 'pumpkin town' which was just incredible! We loved looking at all the different skeleton displays which clearly had alot of thought and work gone into them. The pyramid pumpkin carriage was also a big highlight made up of 10,000 different pumpkins and squash... Perfect for those Instagram photos!📸 Once we'd finished exploring pumpkin town we headed off to the pumpkin patch. It was starting to get dark now and the patch looked so beautiful! Even though there had been atleast 800 people visit today there were so many pumpkins to choose from! 🎃 There was a board to show the prices for different sizes too at the entrance. Being there in the evening we were the only ones on the patch which we loved! The pumpkins were perfectly set up to choose your favourites, a huge variety to pick from! As it got darker the farm fairy lights came on too which made it even more special, I'm a sucker for a fairy light! When we went to the pumpkin checkout we discovered inside the tent that there were lots of other mini pumpkin/squash varieties too along with other Halloween things to buy. 👻🕷️🧙🏻There was Halloween music piped through the speakers throughout our visit too which was a good touch. Overall we had a fantastic time, the staff we came across were friendly, the set up was perfect and the different displays were fab! This is so much more than just your bog standard pumpkin patch! The Sunnyfields team have gone above and beyond! Thanks for all the hard work and effort you've put in to create the perfect autumnal day out for autumn/Halloween lovers like myself! 🎃🧡🍂

Decided to stop off, completely out of the blue, on the way home. The place is so well set up, with plenty of socially distanced benches/seats available. But also, with the new rules allowing up to 30 seated together, the staff were happy with larger parties combining tables as required. We got there at 1600 and were informed that there was a "reset" period between 1530 and 1630, but that they were discussing getting rid of that from the following Saturday. During the conversation with the staff member, another staff member came over and said that they were just going to crack on with the timing change there and then. So we were accommodated from the get-go, even though we had turned up when they were essentially shut. Absolutely incredible service. All ordering is done using QR codes (exceptionally convenient when they have them placed around the location, and on the benches), and service is super quick. Though there wasn't a huge amount of tables in use at the time we were there. We ordered a variety of ciders, pale ales, and lagers, and every drink was incredible. Then, to set off the evening, we ordered a couple of the woodfired pizzas to take home with us (as we had the car so couldn't spend the evening there unfortunately), and these were unreal. Fresh and delicious! Can't wait to head back without the car to spend the evening there!

There is no better selection of affordably priced high quality meat to be found in the area then that at Sunnyfields. The butchers obviously work hard to present a beautiful and varied selection of meat everyday the majority of which is locally sourced. Their branded products are equally well curated and provide an ample array of options. Sadly their fruit and veg whilst not limited on options does fall behind the standard set by the rest of the shop with alot coming from the wholesalers in my experience.

A little vegan Haven. The farm grounds to this shop also host a restaurant called off beat. Its a full vegan restaurant and is absolutely amazing. The place is nice clean and modern with indoor and outdoor table service. The food is absolutely amazing. Great for vegan and non vegan customers. I had the oyster mushrooms in Lebanese spices served on a flat bread. It waz deliciously spiced and an amazing dish. My partner had a burger that was equally good. The menu has a good selection of food and drink including alcoholic drinks. If you are a vegan please try this place. Amazing.

Incredible farm shop. So many locally sourced products from to choose from. I really like the zero waste section too, in particular I loved the idea of the zero waste frozen section. Only buying what you need and what will fit in your freezer! I highly recommend the pumpkin cake from the bakery section. Absolutely delicious! We took a look around here after Visiting the Pumpkins next door, and we’re very impressed by the selection. We will be back, definitely worth making the short drive for the fresh produce!

We went here for the pumpkin festival experience. It was very well laid out! Lots of room and not overcrowded thanks to the booking system. Amazing afternoon, with a great environment especially during Halloween, many families so it is a safe place. They had a tent with food for those who want to have lunch there, the food is good and reasonably priced. They have an ATM so no need to take money. Easy to reach by bus since the stop is 5 minutes away walking.

Love it here! The organic veg is of good quality& not covered in plastic. Remember to take your own bags as they have none but will give you a box instead. Meat is good quality but chicken breaststroke are looking off colour lately, a very off putting grey in colour! Previously very good tho.

Lovely lil place to go with the family. Seeing children be children an the excitement of picking your own pumpkins,or even choosing from the range they have pre picked an stocked indoors. Aswel as being able to carve them after. All good fun. Very well priced. Cheaper than most major stores and better quality. Food on site all fairly priced for the stalls. All in all a good way to spend a few hours being a family. We'll recommened if you have little ones.

Went to Pumpkin event today. Very lucky with the weather. Enjoyed walking around and seeing all the lovely displays. Food was great. Only request would be for a sign pointing guests to the exit if they haven't bought a barrow full of pumpkins. We had to queue for ages and ended up having to move a barrier to get out as payment queue was so long. Lots of people who weren't buying pumpkins ended up doing the same!

This is how a farm shop should be! Interesting selection of vegetables, many grown on site, wide range of fresh and frozen meat (including goat, venison). Friendly staff, and prices are not crazy.

Getting served using the app took a bit of time, but the veggie pizza was very tasty & the range of ciders all went down well, with the rhubarb one being a big favourite! Sunnyfields has a huge covered outside seating area with some tables open to the elements. The seating looks out on the pyramid field which is great for restless children and adults to stretch their legs, explore and have fun outdoors. The main reason for our visit was to support the live music taking place there & we were very glad we went. The sound quality from the professional equipment used for all of these live events was truly impressive. It's also rare to find a venue which gives talented local artists a platform to showcase some of their original material along with the covers. Definitely well worth a visit!

We visited for the Pumpkin Festival and thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of wheelbarrows available and you can take your time wandering around the amazing displays and out in the field choosing your Pumpkins, which are measured forcsize/cost at check-out with a special pumpkin-measuring tape!

Had a lovely first visit to Sunnyfields Sunflower farm yesterday (£2 enter per person, inc treasure hunt). I have never seen such a huge variety of sunflowers. Had a lovely time with friends and children ranging from 7-13, who surprisingly all thoroughly enjoyed it. We cooled down with the help of a serving of marsh fields ice cream at just £1 per scoop. Thoroughly recommend visiting.

This was our 2nd time visiting Sunnyfields with our Granddaughter. She isn't easily pleased but she loved it, so much so she went round twice. There has been a lot of work and imagination put into the various spooky displays. We also bought our dinner there, freshly cooked pizza for me and hotdogs for my partner and granddaughter, brilliant food. All in all, Sunnyfields is amazing value for money, the facilities were clean and it was a really fun evening.

Discovered this gem when we attended a local 'pride and joy' car/scooter/bike meet. I knew about the farm shop but had never been before - the range of goods is wonderful, and decent prices too. The place is huge, lots of outdoor space and a large marquee with lots of seating for events. Whoever put the tractor in the pond as a water feature is a genius! Will be back!

Fantastic day with the family at Pumpkin Time 🎃 . Something to keep everyone young or old entertained, everything so well thought out. Food in the Pyramid Tent was excellent (particularly the burger). Picked up some supplies in the farm shop on the way out. The Pumpkin Cinderella carriage creation is a real must-see show stopper. I've always loved visiting Sunnyfields. Today, we came for lunch and, although it was nice and people were really friendly, it is ridiculously overpriced for the size of the portions. We ordered pizza, salad and chips. The salad and chips came in the same size "plate" and they looked more like a side dish. However, the chips were £5.50 and the salad £8.00...

Went to pyramid field Friday night.Live band . Two massive tents with lots social spaced picknick tables plenty fresh air Covid safe. Order food and drink on line and pay using phone app then delivered to table. Good selection drinks at reasonable prices.Two large pizza ovens turning out food .lots open grass area for kids to let off steam safely .plenty carparking free and no entry fee . Can't wait for big events. Sunflower followed by Pumpkin(£2 entry fee) later this year .Great for kids and adults.Good to see the Organic farm financially sound and great community service.

My group of 6 friends all met at sunnyfields tonight. We felt perfectly safe with tables 3 metres apart and 2 metre social distancing in queues . We also had the added bonus of live music. With wine ,beer ,cider and cocktails to chose from at excellent prices we had a lovely evening and at 7.30 we got our oven cooked pizzas which were scrumptious. Only went there to get doughnuts from Offbeet next door! Didn't buy anything from the farm shop but the produce looked good and they even have an eco area with supplies and bring your own container for detergent refills etc. If you were wondering, the doughnuts were amazing!

I've made a habit of visiting Sunnyfields quite regularly as of late and I'm always impressed by the selection of produce and items on offer. Shop local! You may even find that the onions are so much bigger than those in your local supermarket. Staff have taken covid precautions, all diets are catered for from vegan to the greediest meat eater around! What more could you want?

Well organised. Fairly priced. Party of 5 including 2 children. Lots of parking, easy ticket check/entry system in place. Plentiful supply of clean wheelbarrows to borrow. I particularly liked the option to choose a pre picked and rinsed pumpkin as we visited on a particularly muddy day. Whilst the pick your own section looked like great fun we were heading out to lunch afterwards so thought it best to avoid the mud this time. No issues social distancing. Everything was well spaces out. Fair pricing on carving pumpkins and eating pumpkins alike. See you next year.

Visited for the pumpkin festival and it was much better than I expected, plenty of pumpkins although I couldn't see any VERY large ones (I'm sure they get snapped up pretty quick) carving area, food tent. The farm shop, as always, is open, as is offbeet the vegan/gluten free(?) Cafe. I guess the only criticism is the food area was packed with all seating taken, it could do with being larger. Great festival though xx

I haven't been here for ages & so, it has changed a lot & I was left pleasantly surprised. The layout was very spacious. I wanted to come here to purchase some fresh products & I didn't leave disappointed. However, you do need to go by car to get there. With the Covid19 going on at the moment there was plenty of signage.

The whole store had been enlarged. They had an amazing selection of food and vegetables, including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan. I have eaten in their restaurant and the food is wonderful, vegetarian and vegan. The cakes are to die for!

Fed up with Tesco's poor quality fruit and veg we bought a few items at Sunnyfields recently and found the taste and shelf life superior. Went here for the 2nd year in a row for the Halloween pumpkin festival. Lots of fun to be honest, free to park and free admission. Take your time to wander round the fields with a wheelbarrow or choose your pumpkins from the many on offer in the tent. Then find a table and have fun carving your design's. Food and drinks are available and there is a lovely farm shop to browse round as well.. highly recommended

This review is juat for the restaurant at sunnyfields. I'm dabbling at the whole vegan thi g for the past few weeks and thought i would give their vegan restaurant a try... From the outside its quiet cool looking, loads of parking, you can see they are still working on the grounds but the place itself looks really smart. Inside, it's bright, white and clean. Again really cool and fresh looking. The food... Since my new found veganism... I've eaten so many vegetarian burgers... So when the said that they had sold out I had to rethink my meal. I'm glad. I tried something new (their take on a Spanish tapas/meze thing) delicious, filling, came out quick and the service was great. Desert was lush. The menu is little short, but still a lot to choose from and we had had three different meals at our table and each was done perfectly. I really hope this place sticks atound becuase its my new favourite.
