C. M.The products I've had from Michael Hart & Son have always been great. Fresh, good quality and reasonably priced. We don't have meat often, but when we do it is usually from here.
However, the establishment is let down by the woman serving their customers. I was greeted with a rude "which side", I assumed of the shop and pointed towards the raw meats and smiled. She then snapped at my 5 year old daughter that ran one finger down the condensation of the glass. Whilst ordering, she came back and lifted her head, again I had to assume as if to say "anything else?". I said "four slices of plain ham please" to which she turned around and said "urgh, I've just washed my hands". By this time I was annoyed with the customer service and responded with "that isn't my problem:". I wasn't told the amount, I just had a card reader presented to me, so I paid and left. Reluctant to return after that in all honesty.

G. T.Live in Somerset which has great local fresh food available but the best pies I have tasted l buy from Michael Hart in Cricklade. When visiting family in Swindon I arrange my order and they deliver to my daughter. Great service and very obliging.
T. T.Good pasty and sausage rolls. Stopped by on way from Swindon to Cirencester and popped in to grab some lunch unprepared. Shocked that they now charge 10p for a carrier bag. Leaves no choice when you have 4 extremely hot food items than to buy one. 10p for a carrier bag that costs around 1p.

I almost said sod the meat I'll go Tesco, only went in there to help out a local business with everything that's going on, was made to feel like we were ruining her day 🤣 get that lady a drink Michael
