Wonderful service from Anya and the team. I rang to organise a hamper for my son's birthday...the process was easy and the hamper lovely with a picture of the final product before it was all wrapped up for delivery. My son was delighted and loved all of the contents. Can't wait to visit the deli in person to sample things myself - we live in North Yorkshire so it's on the list for when we visit the south coast 😊

I’ve bought two deli hampers for my parents and the presentation, quality and delivery have all been excellent. My parents were delighted, the Christmas hamper included an award winning cheese they had been searching for but could find no supply in Sussex! Excellent shop to get lost in. A vast selection of fresh food and just about everything you could wish for under one roof. Not tried the bar yet but I definitely will very soon .

Great village shop, has such a good variety of delicacies that you want to try them all. Draught beer and milk to take away is an added bonus. Now also has a lovely little bar area where you can enjoy the brilliant ales on tap and selection of cheese's and deli meats that are sold. Well done Rassasy for your foresight and providing something different that really works.

As a local to Ferring, my wife and I love to shop at Rassasy. Anya and her team are always so welcoming. It gets busy (which is a true sign of a great place), but don't mind patiently waiting - and usually end up spying something I didn't see last time I was in and picking it up! I was surprised to read the previous reviewer's comments and felt I should respond. The service provided by the Rassasy team is faultless in my experience. My background is in retail and so objective from both sides. They go out of their way to make people feel valued and nothing is too much trouble for them. The shop is beautifully maintained and stocked with delicious items. I only hope the last reviewer takes up Anya's request for telephone feedback as this shows she really cares about her customers!
