Went to collect my car last week that had been sent up from York and unfortunately there was some damage to the car but Dexter contacted the York branch while I was there and sent photos of the damage to them and we were able to come to an agreement about how to fix the damage at no cost to myself. Dexter was incredibly helpful and friendly on the day of pick up and he also kindly chased up the bodywork repair when I asked him to which is now booked in. Prior to collection I'd been contacted by someone at the Click and Collect team to inform me that my initial collection date needed to be delayed as they had discovered the car needed 3 new tyres and a new windscreen wiper which they got replaced in a few days so I was glad this had been noticed and fixed before I arrived to pick it up.
