Driveshaft support bearing damaged, They managed to fit us in a short notice so we could continue our motorhome holiday, very friendly staff from mercedes benz commercial workshop. My temp repair in pic and then cv joint clips added.

I bought a used van from these guys. Ryan was good and helpful and Mike Donaldson too. Van should of come on the Wednesday but was delivered the following Thursday I did understand the reason why and was informed. I did have a little problem after the van arrived but they went out there way to put it right. I would have no problem buying from these again even if they are 460 miles away which can be a little of putting at first but no reason to let it put you off. Thank you BLS

Good attention by all staff seen and helpful although they couldn't fix the fault as they did not have failed part in stock. Keith Ewan their service manager was most helpful and understood we couldn't wait for part to arrive as we were on holiday travelling south the following day.

Had an electrical problem with my motorhome. The motorhome is built using a Mercedes as the base vehicle. The electrical problem was with the Mercedes vehicle and nothing to do with the motorhome conversion. Contacted BLS as my local Mercedes van dealer. Lorna on service reception was excellent, friendly, polite and efficient. Sent Lorna photos of the error message from the dashboard display and she organised some contingency materials for use in the repair should they be needed on the day when I took the motorhome in for fault diagnosis and hopefully repair. Dropped the motorhome off in the morning and the fault was diagnosed and repaired the same day. Motorhome handed back error free. Excellent service. Very happy with BLS and in particular Lorna on service reception.

Mechanics......perfect, counter staff have bad attitude and need to learn a little manners, every time you go there, it's like your causing them a problem, when all you require is them to do their job efficiently and courteously. Update: 01/02/21 I was there for a PMI (inspection) this took 3.5hrs, you were NOT allowed to use the waiting room (closed because of Covid👎). They wanted me to WAIT OUTSIDE in FEEZING TEMPERATURES. I ended up in the alcove 8' X 4' having to vacate every time another customer appeared.👎 Personally VERY BAD SHOW, I spent 5.5hrs in Volvo today, in waiting room, warm, drink/food machines and T.V. they way a facility should be run.
