But the assessor was friendly, and fair on scratches and alloy scrapes I hadn't mentioned, then took into account new parts on the car and the optional extras fitted. I accepted their offer. There's a fee for instant payment, but it's free within 4 working days or so. Would definitely use again if wanting to sell a car quickly
