W.On arriving to the garage being the first time to the service section was not sure where to go, but we asked one of the men cleaning the cars at the time where to go and he was pleasant and helpful and showed us where to go, we then went in and handed in the car keys, was then told how long it would take and offered tea or coffee and a seat by another polite gentlemen, so my wife and I sat and watched the TV that was there it helped to pass the time, on time we got the car back all done and clean and all paper work given and explained excellent experience.
