I bought a Citroen c4 cactus from Matthew last month and had a great experience. He was available on the phone whenever I had any Q's, which I think is a really important part of customer service. The handbrake cord snapped a few days after I drove away, which was bad luck ! Matthew couldn't do enough to get it sorted asap and free of charge for me. Really happy :)
