The service from salesman Darren at Bells Volvo was second to none. I felt buying on line for the first time was risky and a bit daunting, but was put completely at ease over the 'phone by Darren, who was quite happy to honestly answer all my questions from my multiple 'phone calls before i commited to buying. I bought my Volvo from Bells Motor Group Volvo and had a fantastic experience. I dealt with Bob within the Bells sales team, he was very supportive with organising the purchase of my new XC60. Bob was super easy to deal with very friendly and not pushy at all and ultimately this was one of the main reasons I bought from Bells over my local dealership. Bob answered all my questions promptly and if he couldn't organise something he would get the the support of a colleague quickly to provide the information that I needed. I had delivery of the car organised to my home, they were flexible around me for delivery and quick to deliver after I had decided to purchase the car. The two chaps who delivered it were Neil and Graham they walked me through the car and features in detail and were very helpful and friendly.
