Maj was exceptionally good about the incident and found a second hand replacement and had it repainted and installed for a small charge. Great service from Castle. Communication was spot on from the first enquiry throughout. Maj was quick to respond and sent me videos and pictures at my request before viewing in person. When I finally arrived to view the car in person Maj was very welcoming and spent a lot of time taking me round the car and showing me the documentation and service history etc. I was able to test drive and really take my time to look around it without feeling any pressure etc. Overall very happy with the car and the buying experience from Castle.
