P. B.Brilliant service, communication and prices. Fitted me in between other works at short notice and gave very good advice without up selling the items I didn't really need. Very pleased and ranks very much, will use again.
B. R.I have booked with a week advance front tyres replacement and aircon clean for Saturday morning.
On arrival within couple of minutes I was welcomed by big friendly chap who checked my booking. He has informed me that due to staff training it could take up to 1.5h to do the job and if I am ok with it. It was not a problem and I could overlook from nearby caffe when my car is ready. It took less time than expected and job was well done. Tyres nicely balanced and fresh blow from the aircon in the car. Very pleasant morning and experience. Well done F1 Bedford.

R.Booked a full service on my van, requested 2 new tyres and a full brake check thought I needed new pads and possibly discs giving them full authority to change they checked them and found that they just needed a clean so no charge, very happy not being cynical but other garages would have just fitted and charged will definitely get my business in future Thank you *****
C. S.Had booked in for MOT on line. On arrival was seen very promptly. Told how long it would take. Received call to say all done much sooner than expected. Returned to collect vehicle and was dealt with again very promptly. In a professional and friendly way. Will definitely return and would highly recommend this garage to other people.
S. L.I needed an mot sharpish as it ran out. F1 Accommodated me promptly. Unlike Ford or others. To be told you need £500 worth of work will upset anyone. However upon looking into the costs from other repairers. F1 SAVED me around £200 atleast. Also allowed me to spread payments over 4 installments to help with Xmas. Fantastic all round. I added pic of my shiny new brakes. Other bits cant be shown. Suspension arm lol

I was in fact the customer (not customers as stated) that was stood patiently waiting in reception while you went from calm to blind rage in the space of 10seconds after the poor chap behind the counter advised that your car wouldn't be ready until about 3pm.
At no point was he rude nor did he talk to you in a way that made you look like a liar (the guy couldn't get a word in!) he did not humiliate you, you did that with your ridiculous reaction not only in the garage but in the way you drove out the car park like a woman possessed....yes, we saw you blaze up and over the kerbs as you sped out the car park.
Have a bit of an understanding that mistakes happen...those guys (and girls) are there to fix and keep your car on the road not take aggressive behaviour from you.
Don't make up lies and where your damn mask indoors!
My experience was fantastic. Had a service and MOT booked. Ironically, I knew it would take all day so was fine when he said to return about 3pm! Was called when all was done and advised what parts I should consider getting done. Absolutely no obligation or sales pressure to go ahead due to the time of year so had the quotes printed and saved for a later date.
Good value, good customer experience. Will return for my service and MOT in the future!
