Wonderful experience with Nissan after a horrible one with another dishonest car dealer. Robbie Watts was perfect - polite, knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy.
I was going to buy a 2 year old Nissan Micra for my son and Robbie sourced me the exact model which was 6 months old with the latest features, less than 400 on mileage and.... more or less at the same price per month.
Robbie really personalised the moment for my son too. Spoke directly to him, congratulated him on passing his test, took his time to show him all of the controls and even had the car wrapped up for my son to reveal. It was a lovely and memorable experience for my son and I would definitely recommend this showroom - and the Nissan Micra for a first car for new drivers.

Bought a Nissan X Trail in Glyn Hopkin Bedford, and collected it today - just a week after I fell through the door - stressed and tearful last Tuesday, as we were looking for a new Nissan after ours had been written off, and Alex and Robbie couldn’t have been more accommodating. They calmed me down with a cuppa (always a good start!) really listened to what I wanted, understood the urgency for a new car and at the same time made sure that I wasn’t making a rash decision. They did not push me into a hard sale and were efficient, Friendly, accommodating and pushed to get my new car ready on time. They worked tirelessly with the finance company to make sure I was back on the road again quickly and with minimal input from me! Fabulous communication from them both, I was kept in the loop at all times, excellent customer service and calm and compassionate members of the team, they made the most stressful experience easy and simple. They are an asset to the team, and because of them we have also decided that we will take Nissan's service plan - we know that our car is in good hands! Katie in the service team was also fabulous and sorted our service plan in minutes with a smile! Great price too!
Will definitely buy from here again (but hopefully we won’t need a new car in the foreseeable future!)

I have not yet taken delivery of my new Nissan Micra ordered through motability somewhere around the beginning of this month because of some mechanical problem with the new Micra that I do not fully understand. I have had it all explained to me by the salesman and a technician but not being very technically minded myself their explanations were lost on me to a great extent.
Anyway! I feel sure that everything is being done to resolve whatever the problem is and I will take delivery of my Nissan Micra as soon as is possible.

I drove to Audi with my 14 year old grandson to Audi Kempston who apologised and said would I like to make an appointment as nobody available to see me - BIG MISTAKE - my grandson not impressed said “no worries we’re going to Mercedes next down the road”. Don’t know where that came from but I said “We’re going to that Nissan dealership in Kempston (Glyn Hopkin)”
Walked in and introduced to Luke Dickson and hey presto two weeks later collected my brand new Nissan Juke. Needless to say the service from start to finish - FABULOUS - and my new car is AMAZING.

A bit slow for a minor service. Only washed not valeted. Nissan needs to look at the value of a stamped service book. The IS9000 boxes are ticked but true service to the customer is that the vehicle should be returned with confidence.
Paperwork does give an impression of that however it rather positions itself against any customer comeback.

I've been previosuly to the Glyn Hopkins in Watford and the service and repairs were always unsatisfying and the people there somehow not very helpful or friendly. The Nissan Glyn Hopkins in Beford intstead is EXCELLENT, I ALWAYS have been approached within second on my coming there, with a very fast response and the waiting area with free coffe or tea is a bonus! I've asked in 2 different occasions for a different courtesy car, to test the models and I've always been satisfied.
I want to give a special mention to Sharon, she is the best, always positive, smiling and helpful, you should raise her salary!!

Made an appointment to view and test drive a second hand Nissan Navara. The sales advisor Abu was very helpful, polite and welcoming, every thing went smoothly with the viewing and test drive. I purchased the vehicle with some added extras, I had to wait for the SnugTop to arrive and be fitted which I expected with this type of extra. I was kept informed of the progress by Abu which was much appreciated. I collected the vehicle 11 days after viewing. Abu has been very professional in dealing with my purchase and phoned me a few days after I had collected vehicle to make sure every thing was going ok.
