D. B.I cannot fault the service at Baron's Mini, Bedford. Courteous, friendly, responsive. I have confidence in them. The vehicle health check was sent quickly and in good detail to show me if anything else was required. Nothing. Service very reasonably priced and washed and vacuum included. Their pricing is very clear and that is important. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was.

J. R.Very efficient customer service. Drop off and collection of my car for service was quick and simple. The online payment system works well. I was kept informed of the progress of the work on my car with a detailed video of the work carried out and additional requirements, as well as a detailed print out of the vehicle check.
Y. L.The staff are always polite and helpful. However, in my last three visits, they fail to record my appointments as a sit-in one and complimentary car wash service promised weren't carried out so this could highlight some internal communications and process issues.

When I got to the dealership there was a rather smart kiosk which allowed me to enter the registration number on the car, a door popped open for me to drop the key in. Got a text notification in the afternoon with a video of the car along with a call to let me know the car was ready. Great service.
