He did not oversell to me. He listened carefully, answered all my questions and was professional yet friendly throughout . I have a busy job so due to my schedule the process took longer, but Anthony was always patient never pushy. He also gave me a decent trade in price for my old car making the deal more affordable for me, so a win win! The service package was also great value for money. I part exchanged my fiat for a more than generous part exchange price and reserved my Vitara over the phone for just £91 which is refundable. Michael was the sales man that dealt with me and was absolutely excellent. The whole process was done over email and phone and I was shocked how easy it was as this is my first time purchasing a car on PCP. Michael’s response time was fast and customer service was above and beyond, he helped me with any questions I had and even went out of his way to elaborate further. Not to mention I got a fantastic deal on the car I bought, which came with warranty and was delivered to my house over an hour away for no extra charge! The delivery driver was also lovely and very helpful, even offered to back it on to the drive for me! I absolutely love the car, the quality is fantastic, it smelled amazing and was spotless when it arrived and not to mention very low mileage. It’s safe to say I am over the moon and can’t recommend them enough. Thank you to Michael and the team at Suzuki that made it happen. If you are looking to buy a car from the Bedford branch, make sure to ask for Michael and you won’t be disappointed!
F.We needed a second car and had been struggling to find anything that fitted our spend and requirements, until we popped to Hilton Suzuki. Whether it was fate or not, we had a great experience at this dealership who had a car coming in part exchange and we reserved it on the off chance it could be the car. The next day we took it for a test drive and the whole experience has been completely seamless and nothing is too much trouble.
