My father has been a loyal customer of Mercedes Bedford for many years and has always praised the consistently excellent service he has experienced. On a recent visit he spotted my dream car and we returned together with my young son to view the vehicle. I got to experience the service for myself and was very impressed. We were welcomed into the showroom and introduced to John who talked me through the vehicle details. Teresa spotted us and made us feel relaxed and valued. John made sure I was well informed about the vehicle and controls prior to a test drive. I made the decision to purchase the car feeling reassured by the standards explained to me. I purchased a used C43, completely remotely. Despite never visiting MB Bedford, the sales rep, Mark, was always helpful and willing to answer my emails, whatever time i was sending them.
I wanted to trade my own vehicle and Mark was willing to drive up to NW England in order to swap over car - a fantastic service and one i have not been offered before. Service deserving of the rating.

Huge thank you to Simon Raymond and the body shop team! I dropped my Volkswagen here for the front bumper to be fixed. Considering this isn’t a Volkswagen dealer I was treated better than I have been elsewhere. We were approached by I’m assuming the sales team to ask if we had been spoken too which we had several times. We’ve been to many dealerships and not even been looked at, we waited in the waiting area to be greeted by Simon who I believe is the Aftersales Manager. Simon went through the whole process of the work which would be completed, he answered all my questions I had. We were actually going away the next day so it was nice to have dropped the car off with no worries. I actually requested the car not to be fully cleaned due to the protective coating and even though Simon wasn’t thrilled with me picking up a uncleaned car he fulfilled my request. The car has been cleaned and I can’t even see what has been done (in a good way) the body shop have done remarkable work that you wouldn’t even know it’s been repaired. Massive thank you to Simon & the body shop team for making this process so easy and providing an AMAZING service. Who knows my next car could be a Mercedes! 5⭐️

Probably should have been writing this before, now recognising how easy it is to let consistent good service over the years get taken for granted. We bought the first Mercedes in 2011. Herjit, as a senior on the service team, has been the greatest aspect of continuity over the intervening period. His standard of service, assistance, explanations etc, whilst recognising and rewarding our loyalty with a matching desire to accommodate our needs wherever possible, is without doubt the main reason for subsequent purchases and thus why they now look after 3 cars for me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

I got myself a C43 and my salesman was Cameron and he was great. He wasn’t pushy or trying to put me into a car I didn’t want. He showed great knowledge of the model I was interested in.
What I liked best is that he kept me updated at all times.
He even come and picked me up from Essex on his day off on the day of the pick up. I sat in the back with a mask on obviously, before people start to worry.

I have always had an excellent experience within this dealership but my most recent was particularly poignant. Whilst dropping my daughter to school, my dashboard alerted me to reduced tyre pressure. After pulling over, a screw revealed itself which made driving my car much further virtually impossible as I was losing pressure fast. I contacted the branch who managed to squeeze me in for an appointment. Thankfully, the dealership had the tyre I needed on-site, which they changed swiftly. The process took an hour and a half - from my initial call to me going on my merry way sans puncture. What brilliant service! We have been using the Mercedes Bedford branch for few years now to get our car serviced but I am giving this 5*review especially for Nick in service team as he has been exceptionally helpful. I had a warning light come up in our new EQC and with a toddler ; I panicked at the time as it was very unusual and advised to go to nearest dealership.
I am glad that I got Nick to look at it as he not only helped the car to get into the workshop but also arranged a carry on travel for me and considering I was with my toddler ; he kept me updated throughout and also had me dropped off at home by one of his team member - Anna . Fantastic experience again. From my initial finance review with Mark Hawtin to handover with Fabrice Auffray the service has been amazing and smooth. I had made it extremely clear to Mark and Fab that due to going through a mortgage application the renewal of my lease had come at a tricky time, and amazingly in Mark and Fab there are 2 salesman who took the time to listen and understand, and were even very patient with me as I changed my mind on the type of car I wanted half way through. Fab kept me in the loop for the duration of sourcing me a vehicle and once one was found took his time ensuring I completely understood everything. Having fallen foul of more 'dodgy' sales tactics from other dealerships in the past it was breath of fresh air dealing with these two whilst juggling buying a house. I have been a Mercedes owner for several years now and like the brand very much. However, after much deliberation I purchased another brand and after a few months I regretted it and decided to update my car and went to Mercedes of Bedford. On my arrival I was greeted by Stuart who was highly professional, highly knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint and over 2 separate visits he matched my needs to a C Class, a C250, which I was and am highly delighted with.
I returned to the dealership several months later as I needed some advice about my car and found out that it required some updates. I was met by Herjit, who looked after me and again met my needs exactly and it was clear that Herjit's focus was on making my experience first class and I even had a dedicated and skilled technician called Alex who took charge of the works to my car and kept me informed throughout.
For me the test of any dealership is how they take care of you, the customer, once a problem arises, and my experience with Mercedes of Bedford was unbeatable and so much so that I have since referred a friend who bought his new E Class and I will return to purchase my next car which will be in the next 6 months. And finally I must also mention Bridget who provided oversight of the Customer Service Team involved in making my experience the best it could be. It was very much appreciated.

On collection of my car after a 5 hour service on 3rd March, I became aware of an engine warning light. This light stayed on permanently until the next day when I returned the vehicle. It turned out to be a servicing error where a cable had not been reconnected. The servicing team admitted that the problem should have been identified before the vehicle was handed back, and offered to top up my fuel to compensate for my wasted time and distance travelled, but my tank was full. I travel to a reunion in Lancashire on 1st April. I hope they keep their word on the fuel top up before that, when I next call in!
On reflection and, although the facts are true, on the night of the 3rd March, I was under pressure to attend an emergency meeting of my Royal British Legion branch who's well liked chairman had passed away.
During my years with the Bedford Mercedes-Benz branch, I have never received less than exemplary service and courtesy. My original 3 star rating was a gut reaction to the pressure I was under and I have no hesitation in raising my assessment to 4 stars.

We came in to store on Saturday, just to have a look around. When arriving in store we were very kindly greeted by Marcus. He was very helpful and supportive when giving us advice and put no pressure on us to buy, ensuring we were comfortable with everything. He helped us to look through a range of cars and discuss the best deal. Once we had decided which car we was going for, his support throughout the process continued to be fantastic. The sales manager Teresa came over during the sale and was also incredibly helpful. She was happy to answer any question and nothing seemed to be any trouble for her. We were told that we would have up to a two week wait, but Teresa ensured us she would do her best to get it to us ASAP. We went to pick up the car only 4 days later and on arrival to pick it up, Teresa continued to be a great help, ensuring we were fully happy with everything before we left.

It gives me immense pleasure to share my recent experience at Mercedes-Benz of Bedford with Mrs Hayley Jacobs being my focal point of contact and through her I have purchased a brand new GLB220d, which I have received yesterday Tue 29 March 2022.
Until I purchased the aforementioned vehicle from yourselves, I was only dealing with the Lookers Group as I am living in Kent, where they have several showrooms within about 50 miles from Sittingbourne. I have bought from them 3 Mercedes-Benz vehicles, as detailed below;
In Feb 2017 I purchased an A180 from their Eastbourne showroom.
In Nov 2019 I have part-exchanged the A180 with a C200 from their Maidstone showroom
In Feb 2020 I have part-exchanged the C200 with another C200 AMG Line from their Ashford showroom.
All the above vehicles were meant from my wife usage and currently she has the C200 AMG Line.
In Jan 2022 I decided to part-exchanged my own vehicle (Hyundai Santa Fe) which I bought brand new from Hyundai dealer in Rainham, back in June 2016. Again, I went back to Lookers and made deal with their Ashford branch to part exchange it against a GLB200, which was supposed to be delivered to me by 07th March'22. However, they informed me in February that there will be a delay of couple of weeks, which did not present to me a big problem, as I was not in great hurry and I could easily wait.
However, I decided subsequently to look around through different dealers until I came across your Bedford showroom and interacted with Hayley, and later on struck a part-exchange deal with her against GLB220D and paid her immediately a deposit of £500, and not worrying too much whether I will get a refund of the £500 deposit which I paid to Lookers in Ashford, which I did at the end.
With the above being said, the purpose of this email is to highlight the difference between the two Groups;Lookers vs Sytner, based on 3 experiences with the earlier verses 1 experience with the later.
In all honesty, after what I have experienced with your Group represented by Mrs Hayley Jacobs, I do not think I will ever go back to Lookers under any circumstances, even if they are cheaper. As far as I am concerned, the money aspect is not the main criteria for my choice. My reason for saying so is based on my experience with Hayley, which include, but not limited to the following;
Her high standard of professionalism all the way through, from the 1st contact until I received my car yesterday Tue 29 March'22.
■Very skillful and talented.
■Very pleasant and cheerful person to interact with.
■Very committed to her job and punctual in her promises.
■Extremely helpful. She used to reply to me even during her time off work. Indeed, she goes the extra mile to ensure full client satisfaction.
■Honest and sincere and highly dedicated to her job.
■Client satisfaction is of paramount importance to her and she always strive to make sure I am happy.
As far as I am concerned and without prejudice, I have never experienced any of the above during my 3 purchases experiences with Lookers. There is no way I will ever go back to Lookers to Purchase a car. Unfortunately due to the distance involved, I have no choice but to use them for servicing our 2 Mercedes, which include my GLB220D. that I purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Bedford.
Notwithstanding the above, I must extend my sincere congratulation to you as a Group for having someone like Hayley. She's an ideal person to represent your Group. I do believe that she ought to be recognized for what she does for your Company and I am confident enough having heard my experience with her, you will take my comments/remarks onto your consideration during her job review and undoubtedly you will do the needful as deemed necessary and appropriate. I wish her well.

Whilst I have mixed experiences in my dealings with this branch in the past, the latest was very good indeed if not outstanding.
I experienced a repeated problem with my vehicle suspension last weekend. I emailed Herjit to let him know, expecting a reply on Tuesday once he was back in work. Instead I got a phone call immediately and he advised me what to do. I have never had such great service from any garage before in nearly 50 years of driving.
The car was efficiently recovered (great job by MB assist too) and repaired in a couple of days with a generous contribution from MB towards the cost. I was kept in the picture all along.

I was intially greeted by Nick Ventrone from services who was a pleasure, he was very enthusiastic about the company and what the cars offer and gave me a quick run down of what they have. He then referred me to Fabrice Auffray in sales where he assured me I would be in good hands.
To say Fabrice has gone above and beyond since I have met him is an understatement, he has been outstanding from start to finish or purchasing a vehicle and driving it home!
Fabrice has always been available by phone or email, and has always answered my queries in depth. Throughout the whole process, I have never had to chase him, he has always come to me with all the answers that I’ve needed. He’s also thought of any future planning, that I need to consider with my new vehicle.
Being able to start the new year in my new car has been amazing, and I cannot thank him enough for all that he has done for me and my purchasing of a Mercedes. I have never had this type of experience before purchasing a vehicle, I have had many new cars from other dealerships. But, the service I have received through Mercedes-Benz has been above and beyond my expectation, and I cannot thank these individuals enough.
I am still in touch with Fabrice now with some after care about the car and he’s been amazing - I also have time which I am due to come in again and meet with Nick about actioning a few things on the car.

I honestly couldn't rate the showroom and their staff any higher, the service we got from them was top notch. When we had noticed some tiny scuff marks on the inside of the boot ( mind you this is a used car we had purchased from them) they kept the car in, and sorted them out for us, and made the inside of the boot look brand new! Having not had a great experience in the past with servicing my cars with main dealers, I was blown away by the excellent customer service I received by George Rushby, Nick, and Harj from Mercedes in Bedford.
George took care of the car and kept me updated along each step with regular video updates sent to my phone which gave me a peace of mind during the car's major service. I recently dealt with this branch when trading in my 2017 C220D. I initially spoke to Peter Hale. He was so helpful & accomodating over the phone that I was suspicious, LOL. He seemed to know EVERYTHING about the cars he was selling. Anyway, we did a deal over the phone & with a little trepidation I went to Bedford to hand over my car & pay the balance.
Peter had done everything, all the paperwork, updating my Mercedes Me app, log book etc. He'd even made up my cherished number plates free of charge. He also explained every detail of the purchase & the services I would get with the car.
The whole process took about 2 hours.
I'd have to say the level of service afforded to me by Peter was at a level I would have been surprised to have got had I been purchasing an £80,000 vehicle, let alone a trade in which just £5K changed hands.
In closing the rest of the staff seemed very pleasant as well.

I do not have one bad thing to say about the service I received from Fab. I called him on a Friday and within a week I purchased my new car. He wasn't too pushy and had all the answers to my questions. It's rare to find someone who is a salesman but doesn't give you a salesman typical character.

I Purchased my second car from Mercedes-Benz of Bedford yesterday. Went in on the Tuesday and was immediately greeted by the manager Teresa who was really kind and helpful. She ensured we were looked after from the get go and made you feel like a priority. Cameron then come out and within 10 minutes he had listened to my preferences and listed off a selection of cars and alongside them the pros and cons of each model. It was clear he knew exactly what he was talking about which made the whole process much easier and comforting. Mediocre service at best. No acknowledgment of me as a customer, or the other customer who was waiting… it takes very little to make eye contact and say you’ll be there in a moment but I found the service staff to lack any customer service skills whatsoever. I get that people are busy and covid and blah blah blah but none of that should be an excuse for rudely disregarding customers.
Once the handover actually happened, the staff member was polite and knowledgeable and far less disingenuous than his colleague but I really felt like they couldn’t be bothered which is very different to the MK sales centre where I purchased my car.
My only real complaint other than feeling like I had walked in on an argument is that they have cleaned my windscreens with a dirty cloth and in all the beautiful sunshine we are having the water marks looked terrible! Don’t do something if you’re going to do half a job.

We have just purchased a CLA from Fab at Mercedes-Benz of Bedford. We couldn’t be happier.
We had searched every website to find the specific car we were looking for and the Bedford branch of MB had the exact car at the best price.
Fab was fantastic from start to finish, he was very patient with my numerous phone calls and emails and answered all the questions we had - we were hundreds of miles away and due to the covid restrictions were unable to view the vehicle or test drive it. Fab sent several detailed videos of the car and explained all the functions thoroughly. He also arranged for delivery of the vehicle from Bedford to our home address outside Glasgow - at no cost!
We were anxious when the new restrictions were announced however Fab pulled out all the stops and after purchasing the car it was delivered to our door 48 hours later. Fab kept in touch with us constantly at every step even sending videos prior to the vehicle being collected and also of the vehicle once it was loaded for delivery.
The part exchange of our old vehicle was also straight forward and hassle free as Fab explained everything.
We were naturally a bit anxious about buying a car without seeing it and thought it might be extremely difficult and complex with all the restrictions however the whole experience was made so simple and straight forward thanks to Fab and his excellent communication throughout.

Car was Serviced under a service plan was advised that the front break pads and discs were low after comparing the size of the discs recorded by bedford this time and a year ago the discs have got thicker? at least this time they did not say they had serviced parts that we're not fitted to the car.
Nick the service representative was very helpful and pointed out that the front drivers side and rear drivers side wheels were scratched according to the technician that carried out the service. I said they were not scratched when the car came in. So we went out and inspected the car the scratches were very small. But on inspection I noticed that the wheel weights were missing from the front drivers side wheel probably blown of by the pressure washer. It was evident these had just come off. Nick was very helpful and had all four wheels checked for balance for me free of charge I sat and waited whilst this was done. On completion Nick said it was a good job i noticed before leaving the garage.

On contacting Bedford I was told that service was too busy to talk to me, so, left my contact details. Within 10 minutes Herjit rang me back, and within a few minutes all was arranged. From starting point I felt very comfortable and was advised of full process along with cars available within my range with my sales exec Marcus. Once I selected my vehicle I was connected with a lovely lady named Teresa who service level was second to none and the best I have ever received as a customer. Teresa insured I had weekly contact for updates on my car and also helped above and beyond her remit which made me feel like I was valued and made the right choice when selecting car provider. On day of collection I was a bit worried about the process and was guided STEP BY STEP by Marcus & Teresa for a seamless contact free delivery and i found this to be the best method to date for collecting a car in general let alone with current Government restrictions. There are two colleagues that deserve special recognition.
Teressa and Dan. We visited the showroom late one Sunday afternoon with a view to look at a car for my daughter. All salespeople were exceptionally busy and as we discussed leaving it for the day as our enquiry was only tentative we were approached by Teressa noticing our debate who came over an introduced herself.
Teressa immediately made our daughter feel special and treated her as the customer. Suitably impressed with Teressa's courteous and professional service we agreed we should obtain some indicative costings from her colleague Dan. Dan was swift and efficient and again treated my daughter with huge respect. The pricing looked favourable and we decided to go ahead with the purchase just as closing time approached. Dan was undeterred by the time and worked late to ensure he was able to source a car to our daughter’s specifications. The deal was done there and then and all the paperwork was completed efficiently and clearly, long after closing time. Today we collected the car and Dan had arranged for a bow to be attached to the car with a lectern announcing our daughters new car. Teressa also made the time to greet us and thank us for our business. Wow! Couldn't be happier with my new car. The level of service i received from both Teresa and Peter was great. Following a test drive i was able to run through the spec of the car that i wanted. Peter then found one in group stock that would be available in a few days. I talked through the finance options with Teresa and we were able to get that all sorted in a relatively short amount of time.
Peter kept me fully up to date with the progress of my car over the next few days. Finance docs were sent over electronically as promised.

I have a 2010 E350 Coupe that needed a replacement injector fitting, which can only be done by a main dealer as it needs programming/coding as well as an MOT. I've never used a main dealer before so I was expecting a horrifically expensive result, but I had no choice. I have to say that the whole experience was almost flawless - the staff were polite, friendly and efficient. I was kept updated throughout the day, and was informed immediately when it was ready (which was the next day, which I was expecting). Upon collection they were equally efficient, friendly and helpful. The best bit is that it cost a fraction of what I thought it would! I'm still surprised - I'm going to look at taking it back there for a service. In addition to the work needed, it was also cleaned inside and out and had a full visual inspection checklist completed which were both unexpected bonuses. Also the bonnet no longer catches on the right hand side, so I guess they adjusted that too! The only reason the experience wasn't perfect is that the courtesy car had no fuel in it (warning light was on) so I had to put some in it. But it was a very nice courtesy car - brand new! 5 stars, definitely 5 stars.

Honestly speaking, we don’t do reviews but given the recent experience at Mercedes-Benz Bedford, we just HAD to! It started relatively well, we put an order in and were left slightly disappointed but nevertheless, it was handled EXCEPTIONALLY well by Teresa.
Teresa kept us updated and communicated frequently via phone letting us know exactly what was going on. She ensured we were well looked after in the interim, right until our car was picked up on Saturday. I myself consider communication very important and Teresa’s ability to do that both effectively and professionally has left my wife and I more than happy, satisfied and pleased with the personal customer service she provided. Despite buying a number of vehicles from a dealership, I have never had someone in a senior position show so much care and attention to a customer and for that reason alone, I can’t compare the service she gave – THANK YOU! I know it may sound odd but I had a really enjoyable day at the Bedford Dealership. Took the car in for it's first big service and worked whilst I waited, access to power and free wi-fi and liberal free coffee to keep me going. Got a video to review from the technician, comprehensive feedback from my service manager and got the car back cleaned and ready to go.

Took my car for service last week, met by a nice young lady at the door who got me a coffee, then the service rep arrvived and took details, some confusion about whether or not it was covered by a service plan, quickly resolved with no dramas. As I was waiting for the car to be completed, I had bneen told it would be about 2 hours, it actually took nearly 4 which was a nuisance, but they did offer to run me into town. The customer seating area is by the door to the rear parking area, and is a bit draughty, as this door is constantly in use.
In the end the car was cleaned inside and out, and looked fine, so no complaints about the service I received.

I originally placed an order at Mercedes but ended up cancelling because of having an awful experience of having to do all the chasing and never having any of my calls returned. When I did finally get through to the sales agent, I was told he had lost my car....how is that even possible. Finally located the car but then said wasn't sure when it would be ready, could be 2 weeks, 8 months, he just didn't know. So I decided to cancel. When I did cancel the sales agent didn't seem that bothered that he had lost my business.
I then came into contact with General Sales Manager Teresa Spadaccino, who brought my faith back into Mercedes. She advised of the reasons for all the initial problems and assured me that it wouldn't happen again. She put me in contact with Mark Williams, who from the start to the very end was amazing, kept me updated about my car even on his day off! I was originally told I would have my car around the 15th October, I received my car on the 24th September....3 weeks early. I've had the car a week and cannot stop smiling. Teresa and Mark were amazing and cannot thank them enough for their expertise.

They promised Mercedes me adapter and map update while you do the service. The person on the phone confirmed it would take the same amount of time as the service so booked for lounge to take back the car with me and he said they would renew the service plan. But when I got there at 8 was informed that the map update couldn't be done as it would take longer to complete and after the service the lady informed sorry we don't have the Mercedes me adapter in stock and since your car is old the Mercedes adapter doesn't do much. I was planning to buy a new Mercedes from you in a couple of months . But now I am thinking of getting it from some other place.

We dropped in to 'look' at cars and Paul Becks went above and beyond the call of duty, not only picking out the perfect demonstrator but staying late on a saturday evening so we could collect after a busy day. He then spent another hour explaining how everything in the car worked before we drove away. I would highly recommend this dealership, I didn't feel like we were being 'sold to' and therefore didn't even quibble about the deal offered.

In spite of the problems exchanging a car for a new one, with all the Covid restrictions in place, I found the whole experience with Sytners in general and Mark Williams in particular, to be a very efficient exercise. Then ew car was delivered to me at home with the old one taken away.
The only negative aspect of the whole experience was that several documents for signing had to be sent to me by email, and they were so feint as to be virtually illegible. I guess that the copier required some attention to better the density of the printing. Other that that, nine out of ten.

I was looked after pretty well especially during these COVID times. However, my only negative comments are about the cost of the tyres that they sold me. Whilst still legal (just) I chose to replace them with you (mistake!). When checking later on prices for the exact same tyres, I was quoted about £80 less in total (£300 versus £220). Note to self, never buy tyres from a main dealer unless you’re going to fail your MOT without them.

Some Mercedes dealers can come across as... aloof (Stevenage branch), making rash judgements from appearance alone. I watched one interaction with a customer which was, to be blunt, toe-curlingly cringeworthy. The salesman could have carried out root canal surgery from the inside, he was so "engaged" in polishing off the deal for a new S Class AMG coupé.
If you're not a WAG, Premier League footballer (or have an equivalent income) Stevenage Mercedes-Benz just aren't interested.
Not one member of staff acknowledged, approached or engaged with me, or the other 3 family groups, during my time there.
Bedford Mercedes-Benz on the other hand are real people, they meet and greet you from the off, establishing your needs and means via good old fashioned conversation.
I spent my time perusing the forecourt with Marcus, an affable and knowledgeable young chap and later Teresa, the branch sales manager. Both were attentive, accommodating and patient with regard to my needs.
I left with a STUNNING C class coupé having struck up a sweet deal.
As and when the need arises, I may well be back again for my next car. GREAT customer focus.
NB The entrance is a tight bottleneck which, when coupled with the limited customer parking slots, can cause traffic log jams where it meets the busy main road.

I visited mercedes of bedford not really knowing what I wanted, well I had an idea but that was all.
After sitting down with Mark Williams (best salesman ever) he came up with a car that ticked every box and more, then comes the time to talk finance with Daniel Perry (mercedes) within 20min it was sorted, between the pair of them I found the whole experience very professional and stress free, my only issue was how do I get my wife to bring her car to mercedes without letting her know my little surprise, within minutes Mark had the answer and with the help of the service department the plan was underway.
Arrangements made, paperwork sorted and me hiding in the car under the cover that they put on new cars the wife turned up totally unaware, everybody was in on the ruse and when the car was unravelled with me sitting in the passenger seat her reaction was priceless.
Outstanding performance from all at mercedes bedford who made this so very special and the cream on the cake was the video they took of the reveal from the cctv cameras.

Although there were a few issues post purchase and I somehow managed to slip through the net due to various unforeseen factors and circumstances (typical of my luck!), I have recently been contacted by a senior manager who has now exceeded my expectations in resolving the issues. I am now a fully satisfied customer and am happy to up-score this dealership to the full 5* rating I was hoping to offer immediately post purchase. I would definitely consider returning to this dealership for my next purchase.

I'm torn with this dealership.
On the positive, all staff I dealt with prior to purchase were extremely polite and helpful, and the salesmen I dealt with were down to earth and straight, not bigging anything up or pushing for a hard sale.
On the negative, don't expect any help or support after buying. Emails are ignored until you've resent several days later.
I also don't reckon much on their pre-sales multi point check either. The DAB radio had a known fault (fortunately fixed by a simple software update), and the front tyres are cracked - a point I only became aware of when I took it to my local MB dealer to fix the DAB problem. I'm still awaiting a response regarding the issue with the tyres from an email sent in late March...
This would have been a 5* review had they been a little more helpful and supportive. Not the kind of 'service' you'd expect from Mercedes-Benz.

I bought a 2019 Mercedes CLS 350d AMG Premium Line 4 Matic.
I was very impressed with the salesman that sold me the car except the business manager was less impressive to say the least !
The only thing that I’ve noticed is the oil level was as a bare minimum and the tyre pressures were all at very unusual levels and the windscreen wipers need to be replaced.

When it comes to doing business and deals this is not the best dealership. There are others out there who will give a better, fairer deal. Sales guys need to be supported to do their job well. However, their service department is honest as demonstrated by a fault which occurred and they told me exactly what it was and fixed it under warranty (should a 3 year old cars lambda and oxygen sensor malfunction - probably not, but a common occurance, apparrently). I know they were honest in the diagnosis as prior to going to them I took my motor to a mates garage to get an output of what was wrong by using the oebd. Their findings matched his exactly. This Is a review in progress as I will be having more dealings with them in the future.
