I want to thank Tom Cullen from Powerlease ltd on helping to make my car purchase a very pleasant and hassle free experience, especially after a long journey from Somerset to Bedford. All the staff are actually very friendly and they’re very easily approachable by phone or text. Very pleased with my new vehicle and the level of service that I received from Laura. Laura was polite, professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I confess to being a little bit disappointed with the part ex price offered, and try as she did, Laura could not get her sales manager to improve the offer. However, the overall the deal worked out to my satisfaction. After sales and follow up has been very good and I will certainly consider buy a vehicle from them in the future.

I purchased my new car from Powerlease earlier in the week, I was part exchanging my little car for a bigger vehicle due to a growing family and multiple pets! Tom C. Was on hand to help and I have to say that his professionalism and friendly manner went a long way in convincing me that choosing to buy my car here was the right choice. Tom was really helpful and more than happy to answer all of the questions we had. The car looked fantastic when we arrived to pick it up and Tom also made sure that that everything was covered in terms of paperwork, tax and Insurance to make sure we got home safely and legally. Having spoken to numerous garages when looking to upsize my car I will say without a shadow of a doubt that Tom at Powerlease was a genuinely helpful and trustworthy salesman and I would happily recommend Powerlease to others when looking to purchase a new car. This is a no hassle, low pressure dealership and I would highly recommend to friends and family. I saw the car on the website and I decided to buy. Helpful and friendly staff. Saw a car I liked and from the first phone call the staff I have spoken to have been helpful and friendly. Dan was very helpful through the sales process. It was particularly appreciated that we could test drive the car on a Sunday afternoon. The price of the BMW 1 series we bought was very competitive, while Dan organised a service (albeit not one from BMW) and minor repairs to the vehicle free of charge. The only small negative was that it proved very difficult to get much information about the Powerlease warranty. Partly as a result, we decided not to purchase one.
