The customer service here is incredible! I bought a car from Premier Car Centre recently and couldn't get there for an inspection. I dealt with Adam as my sales rep and he made the process really easy for me. Adam was incredibly responsive when replying to calls/messages and gave me every piece of information needed in order for me to make my decision. Not only that, Adam was able to secure me SAME DAY delivery (over 2 hours away) so I could have the car for my daughters birthday trip. Massive respect and appreciation for doing that for me. Would happily buy another car from Premier Car Centre.

Excellent service! Left a small holding deposit, arranged a viewing & test drive. Was super impressed with the salesman Adam. He was not pushy at which was a relief for us! The car was described very well over the phone and Adam even send us a video of the car prior to me viewing it. I received a better service from premier car centre than I did from Audi main dealer showroom. Overall I was really impressed with the service I received and will be back in the future.

These guys are truly great! Upon arrival I was met by Ryan, whom handed me the keys and left me to do a visual inspection without any interruptions. Test drive was also great, on a great route that allowed me to test the car fully without any pushy sales tactics! - Good connections with finance providers - 6 month warranty - Verbal agreements were made and adhered to - Travel to and from station was organised Would highly recommend & hopefully return soon!

I have lived in Bedford over 10 years and never once found a local independent car dealership I got one with...I have always bought from main dealers...until now! Premier Car Centre LTD is a family run business and Ryan / his dad offer a top quality customer experience. I am very fussy and get a little OTT when buying a car and Ryan was more than accommodating to all my questions and requests. I came to see the car, after arranging and appointment and it was exactly as advertised. No dealer tricks just straight up honest businessmen. The bumper had a little scuff and the front tyres were a little low...within 48 hours both of these issues were resolved and I was driving away in my new car. I couldn't be happier! The next time anyone in my family or need a car, my first call will be to the Premier Car Centre Ltd...I'm going to say it as it is...the only independent dealership I trust in Bedford! Best, quickest and easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever done. I enquired about a vehicle on, Friday 14th and collected it Monday 17th, the owner worked out of hours to make sure I got the right deal for me which I have never experienced before you can tell they care about their customers, I have dealt with big dealerships and smaller garages and for a smaller garage premier car centre tops all small and large dealerships. I couldn’t thanks them enough for all the help and effort they put in. It’s not only the customer service that is top notch they ensure that the vehicle your buying is in tip top shape before the keys enter your hand. Big thanks again to you guys for all the help, I will definitely be returning here when I’m on the look out for a new car.

I liked the look of one of the Mercedes on the forecourt and Ryan got the car ready for me and let me take it out for a test ride. He was very knowledgeable about the car and let me spend time looking it over and was happy to help as much as possible. I part exchanged my old car and I think we came to a fair agreement on price that suited us both and so the deal was done. Ryan got the car serviced, MOTd and added a warranty and I was then good to go. The car is a delight, I'm very pleased with it and with the service I received from Premier Car Centre.

Fantastic service. Brought my car from these guys around a year ago. Was browsing through their website last week and found a tempting upgrade! Called up and spoke to Ryan who I previously dealt with. He gave me a good price for my car in part exchange and now I have myself a stunning new car! Thanks to Ryan at Premier Car Centre in Bedford I was able to purchase my lovely BMW. Ryan was extremely helpful, went through the finance application with me which was quick and easy as i was expecting it to take hours but i was wrong. My application was accepted and i was able to drive away in my new car on the same day. Was provided with tea and lovely biscuits while i waited for everything to be completed. Very nice straight forward people. Didn’t once pressure me into anything. Ryan made is a walk in the park for me and my partner. Great hospitality, lovely car, very happy. Wow! What a epic experience. Extremely polite and helpful. Made me and my wife feel are ease. They helped us with everything. Only issue we had was our bank having to make us go through security as we don’t use our debit card for such large transactions, but this was not their fault. They let us call our bank from their office phone. Even charged my mobile for me while we completed all documents. And they have such amazing cars in stock. They had my dream Lamborghini on their forecourt. They let us take pictures inside the Lamborghini, even started it up for me to hear how beautiful is sounds! No pushy salesman tactics here, if anything, they sympathised and gave us an exceptional deal! Excellent customer experience. Just bought my BMW 320d M Sport from Premier Car Centre in Bedford. Ryan was very knowledgable, friendly, patient and handled the entire process smoothly including a fresh 12 months MOT, arranging a warranty and helped me with the road tax. Me nor my wife leave reviews but we both strongly agreed Premier Car Centre were more than worth us leaving them a good review. Cannot recommend Premier Car Centre in Bedford enough. Me and my wife purchased a Range Rover from them and were truly impressed from A to Z. Ameer was brilliant, very knowledgeable and extremely patient. we left a deposit after receiving a walk around video of the Range Rover which was very detailed and showed the bodywork, interior, boot and even the engine bay! We make a appointment to the see the Range Rover in person and were greeted by Ameer upon arrival. Me and my wife were both extremely surprised on how well the car was described to us over the telephone and we decided to go for a test drive. Ameer took us on a good stretch so we could get a good feel for the car. When we arrived back at the showroom he went through all of the features on the car with us so which was great as there was a lot of features which we were unaware of! We the went through the documents for the Range Rover and were impressed with everything. It was health checked and had a fresh MOT on it for us. We each had a delicious coffee while we did the paperwork and made payment for the Range Rover. we both cannot thank Ameer enough, a true gentlemen. Once we were all done he helped us pair our mobile phone to the Range Rover and even set up the navigation for us to get home. This company is by far one of the best used car sales company about. I pass this forecourt on my daily drive to work and noticed they had a sale on. I was soon changing my job and my new job would not include a company car. So i popped in one evening to have a quick look around. As i was looking around at the cars on the forecourt a member of staff (Ryan) came out and asked if i needed any assistance. I explained my situation and told him my requirements. He then showed me a few cars they had. The gentleman was very polite and gave me his personal opinion which i really appreciated as they had quite a variety. I particularly liked a Audi a4 s line which Ryan showed me. It was getting dark and there was heavy traffic on the roads, i asked if i could come back tomorrow as i had a day off of work and i would feel more comfortable driving it when there was less traffic. I arranged a time with Ryan for me to come back for a test drive for the next morning. On arrival the following day, the car was ready for me to drive. We took it out for a test drive. It drove beautifully had a full service history and was in good condition. It was exactly what i wanted with great extras. The car was on sale and was reduced by £500 furthermore it had been recently serviced. I was happy with the everything and shook Ryans hand! The finance facilities were excellent, got approved in under 10 minutes. Ryan helped me with all of the paperwork, got the payout confirmation from the finance company by the time we had filled in my details for the V5. I was ready to drive away on the same day! I was extremely impressed with how i was dealt with. I read a few reviews before i purchased the car and i could agree with their customers. I don’t usually leave reviews but i felt like it was the least i could do. They really are very polite and helpful and not pushy or rude like other dealerships. Prior to buying a car from Premier car centre i went to a few other local dealers and felt uncomfortable by the way i was being treated and forced to leave a deposit. Very happy i popped in to Premier car centre. They are the real deal, didn’t once make me feel uncomfortable or like i was being rushed into making a decision. I went to this place to buy my Audi A7. What a fantastic place! It was a father (terry) and son (Alan) team. They were not pushy salesmen at all....in fact it was quite the opposite..they had the car ready for me. It was all washed. They allowed me to take it for a test drive. I then haggled on the price. Normally car dealers don’t haggle- and I therefore walk out- I only want to feel like I got a bargain of some sort...but normally they don’t haggle-and I don’t buy. But these guys allowed me to haggle and actually drop the price....that alone made me purchase the car. Above all this, they allowed me to do my prayers in the back (may Allah swt bless them both abundantly for this). Then the uncle and a cousin (Zain) showed me the car. Then even when my card was declined (due to the bank having its normal fraud safe guard protocol-the team did not bat an eyelid. They even helped me fill out all the paperwork and then sat in my car and took the time to show me ALL the features. They never just rushed me out of the door once they hadn’t the money- this is class. And the service didn’t stop there...Alan even picked me up from the train station..and now is trying to chase up a spare key for me. All out of their goodwill! And even the other day, I called up Alan as I couldn’t find the locking nuts-and he replies back STRAIGHT AWAY! who does that in this day and age??!! What fantastic guys. I bought a great car, from some honest, reliable guys. What more can you ask of them! They have great cars, great ethics, great morals. I will definitely go back to them for my next car also. Terry and Alan...you guys are fantastic. I would give you 10 stars if that was an option...but will have to settle for full 5 stars!
