Exceptional dealership! We have purchased a couple of Nissan Navaras from Samys in Bedford over the past three years. On each occasion their sales staff treated us incredibly well, possibly the most pleasent vehicle dealership I have ever dealt with. They have a large selection of vehicles in stock, including brand new trucks that you just can’t find available elsewhere. When it’s time to discuss business they are very professional and we quickly reached an agreement on each occasion, including respectful trade in values for our P/X. I would strongly recommend purchasing from Samys, and confidently advise anyone to happily travel nationally to purchase a vehicle from here - you will not be disappointed. Bought a Toyota Hilux from Samys last Tuesday, thought give it a week and get some basic checks done before writing a review... Extremely happy with my truck, is exactly as described and Samys did all the extras that I asked for, new battery, full years mot, warranty etc absolutely 💯% recommend these guys. Very professional and helpful from start to finish. Thank you 😊 3 months later and, wow...I had a problem with clutch and U/J's...warranty didn't cover it so Samys paid for the whole lot! Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Great job, thanks Ash you really have exceeded my expectations ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I travelled 140miles to see a car at Samy's. Wow what a great company! Friendly staff, great vehicles. Trade in price on mine was lower than I hoped for, but then the price of their car was good - you can't have it all ways! Communication after making the sale and before collection was good. There was a small problem with one of the keys not working - again staff were excellent and got this sorted to my full satisfaction. On the day of collection the car was ready and all of the little jobs had been done. Again staff were excellent. Good coffee machine! The main thing I liked was the staff members approach to the sale. I felt no pressure and was left to look at the vehicle in my own time. All in all thank you forban excellent experience. I will be back next time.

All I can say is that Samys Car Sales have been outstanding for me on customer service. Having to look for a pickup to purchased and then sent to the Falkland Islands using a third party agent, I feared that no car dealership would want to deal with me via phone and email only!!. I Recently bought a Nissan Navara from Samys Car Sales. The car was in top condition just like described online. The process was very professional, due to lockdown restrictions I was sent all information including detailed videos of the car, I travelled 250 miles to collect the car, when I arrived the car and paperwork was waiting ready to go, it was quick and I was on the road heading back home ASAP! Visited today Sunday 24/03/19 from Derbyshire after seeing a mitsubishi L200 advertised. I have to say the vehicle was in mint condition just as described. Really nice lads, not pushy at all. Really friendly and helpful. If I have one criticism, they were about tight with their trade in price on my vehicle but having said that the price of the vehicle I went to look at was dead right money. All in all I'm really pleased with my new vehicle. Im always a bit wary of car sales places but I have no hesitation in recommending Samys.
