Last week I found myself stuck with very little phone battery with limited Internet coverage, and a car full of fresh cut flowers (for my wedding, so the stress levels were high) I had managed to clip a kerb and split my tyre 🤨 quickly found out that I had no emergency breakdown cover! Aaron helped with numbers, websites, the type of tyre I needed, and Rob allowed us access to their loos, tea and coffee and lots of checks on us. Mohammed was an absolute gent - as were all the sale team at Steven Eagell Bedford. I had been looking for a new used car for a while and had gone to a few Toyota dealerships (including two other Steven Eagell ones) but this was the first dealership where the team actually listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a car that suited my needs best. I was a bit nervous about forking out double what I'd previously paid for my last car but Mohammed really put me at ease - there was no pressure to buy, he was really knowledgable about Toyota models and trims and he even made sure the car was ready to collect as early as possible. Great experience had with the sales executive Fuad Mussa and sales Manager Anwar Ahmed. Visited last week with my mum (senior citizen) both guys were very friendly/ approachable and knowledgeable. They immediately put my mum at ease (especially during a test drive). They listened to what her needs were and went above and beyond trying to ensure she achieved them within the agreed budget. They were not pushy, overpowering or dismissive like others we have experienced. Highly recommend them. Having visited many showrooms in the past (Mercedes/JLR/Volvo) this was by far a MUCH better service. Keep up the good work!

Bought a used car approximately a month ago which we found to be a positive and pleasant experience via Nas. The courtesy displayed and the delivery on commitments in terms of preparation and delivery were as expected. The real positive though was after 3 weeks the car broke down and needed some t.l.c.! No problem I thought the used car warranty provided would sort - nope the insurers providing the warranty had excluded the work from their policy (Due to the car age) and leaving us with a potential bill........... After a conversation with Simon the sales manager he investigated whether the warranty company would reconsider and when he did not succeed offered to take on responsibility without complaint. Further bad news was that the original problem turned out to be larger than first thought and still the garage have honoured their commitment. Fantastic service and attitude, I do not live locally so I am unlikely to buy another car from them and this they know and yet still they have looked after us better than might be hoped. Easy to complain when things go wrong, they have sorted a problem that they could not have known when the car was sold without fuss - thank you and recommended totally on our experience.

All have been regularly serviced and MOT’d (most recently 10th Sept 2015) at Steven Eagell, Bedford, who have also promptly dealt with any sudden emergencies (eg nail in tyre!!). The staff in both sales and service cannot be praised highly enough. They are helpful, knowledgeable, transparent, and keen to ensure everything is right. Sales staff went out of their way to ensure the car I bought was exactly what I wanted and suited my needs, giving me detailed information about options so I could make my decision. Service staff explained everything clearly, did the work promptly and efficiently, and I was even phoned the next day about a query I’d had, which we’d forgotten to discuss! The showroom and service waiting area are always spotlessly clean and comfortable – there is even coffee! The staff are smart and welcoming. Got lied to, we did our research on a toyota gt86, asked specific questions about the vehicle and its cover as we planned to customise the car we bought (alloys, wheels) and later on read the small print which didnt cover- complete opposite of what the salesman said. Be cautious as usual, we also found a tiny crack in the windscreen but by then it was too late. Granted this is probably our fault for not being more thorough. I would throw caution at buying second hand here.
