Love my Selekt V60 which we collected recently. Jenna was very friendly and knowledgeable, she gave us time and space to look around the car on our own and explained the features and options available without being pushy like so many car sales personnel are. Very happy with the service we received. Google prompted me to update this review, had my first service this week, staff are extremely helpful and professional. Constant updates and notifications regarding status of the car. No warranty quibbles regarding failed part on the car, all sorted with no fuss. Will definitely return here for future servicing.

Took delivery of my new XC40 Hybrid on 22/02/2022, a very memorable day. James was my point of contact throughout the ordering/delivery process. I don't think I could have asked for a more professional sales person than James. From start to finish, James ensured that my every needs were met. Constantly kept in contact with me and was always ready to act on my behalf with any changes to my order. James made sure my order was followed to the finest details including ensuring the car was debadged and rebadged according to my specifics. Very grateful to James McCurry for going beyond the call.of duty. Had a tyre blow out but no spare wheel or brace to get wheel off. Ordered a brace from him around 11 am and he dropped it off on his way home to Ballynahinch and indeed loosened the wheel nuts for me! Took longer than expected but there's a comfortable waiting area, complimentary coffee etc and the service team were pleasant. Left my car in this morning for Sensus update. I was met by very friendly and efficient member of staff who explained the procedure and probable time scale.I called back for car, and although it wasn't quite ready, I was very comfortable waiting in the spacious reception area. Not only did they do the Sensus update, but also installed the new map updates. The car was also washed and vacuumed for me. I was very impressed by the level of service and exemplary dedication of the staff. My thanks to all those concerned.

Service has been ok, disappointed that when one of my parcel shelf clips broke I was given a price for a full parcel shelf. I asked could you buy just a clip I was told no but, I could easily find the part number from Volvo online. Always do your own research.

Excellent experience. I had lost or misplaced the key for removing the locking wheel nuts on my S60. Called in at the dealership today to see if they could help me. They were extremely helpful, took my car into the workshop while I enjoyed a cup of coffee, returned it 15 minutes later with the locking bolts removed and replaced with 4 standard non locking bolts. Total cost "Zero". Very impressed and will be back when its time to change the car. In this day and age, that is a very pleasant experience and creates a great impression. Well done Agnew Volvo Belfast!

Just wanted to drop a line off appreciation for some really great service from James at Agnew Volvo. I called to organise a test drive on a V90 as I had planned on taking out a contract hire deal from a UK car leasing company, but James was able to match this deal, which was great. This helped me more practically as all elements of delivery were taken care of for me, meaning I could pick up in Belfast rather than having to go get a Ferry etc. James was very helpful to me throughout the entire process. Even a small touch of flowers on delivery shows a real touch of class.The V90 is a fantastic car, so I just want to say thanks again!

En route from County Wicklow to Belfast I realised that my engine oil level was reading overfilled. I contacted Agnew Belfast Volvo and they offered to take check out the car for me that afternoon. Everyone I dealt with (including Glenda and Matthew) could not have been more professional or helpful. They rectified the problem, gave the car a thorough inspection (which was emailed to me) and then gave it a valet. I cannot speak highly enough of the level and quality of service that was offered.
