Appalling service, Upgraded from 1 to 4* *UPDATE BELOW* Filled in the online form to book a service and no-one got back to me so I called the office about a week or so later. Purchased the car in November had issues with apple play cutting out and blowers not working woman on the phone advised these would be covered under the warranty period and the service would be £209 which was fine. My wife dropped the car off for service and was told these items were not covered under warranty as the warranty period had ended. I advised that I was told on the phone that both these items were covered under warranty and that I expected them to be covered as such. My wife Negotiated a price for the part only labour was covered and advised that some money would be knocked off the price of the service to part cover the part, while I wasn't entirely happy with this outcome as I felt the 2 items should have been completed covered however it was a compromise. However when my wife went in to pay the price was a higher than expected and when questioned why was advised VAT had to be added, Im sorry when you quote a non-business user a price for service including VAT and then give a price for a part excluding VAT without notifying that the price is EX-VAT i feel that is very underhand and sly. To be honest very unhappy with the whole experience and while I had a good sales experience I will simply not be back here for service or purchasing and sales people you can blame your poor servicing department for that one. Happy with the outcome and it was good of Seat to reach out directly to me they have redeemed themselves which is why it's now 4 stars, would have given 5 if this hadn't of happened in the first place. We recently just purchased a nearly new Seat Arona from Seat Agnew and can I say it was the best dealings we have ever had with a car dealer. From the information and test drive, to talking about options - everything was top notch. I want to thank, in particular, Dominic who was incredibly professional, responded to all questions and made the process of inquiry to purchase absolutely stress free; Dominic even organised getting the car taxed. In today's age of hard sell it was so refreshing that Dominic never once tried to pressure us into making a decision, but was confident (because of his integrity) that we would purchase the car if it was right for us. I also wanted to mention Robert, a sales manager, who responded quickly to all questions, helped negotiate a very reasonable price and was willing to offer what he could to make sure we were happy with the purchase. If you are looking for a car... can I honestly suggest that you look no further than Seat Agnew - take it from me you won't be disappointed.

Great experience. Initially saw advertisement on a car via AutoTrader site. Contacted the dealership directly who confirmed car was available and encouraged me to come in to test drive. Upon arrival, met up with Stephen who showed us the car, give us a run down of any issues they had noticed. Test drive was nice and easy. Didn't end up going for the car we looked at due personal preference but overall experience was great. Wasn't hounded with calls/emails during process which is great compared to other places we have dealt with!

I would give 6 stars but it won't let me! The whole team there are fantastic. David and Ciaran were amazing, just so welcoming, friendly and professional. I thought so highly of their service, I recommended them to my sister and she bought her new Audi from there the following week. Called the guys to have an ECU coded to an Ibiza last week. Spoke to Steven in servicing, who was more than helpful and explained everything I needed to know. Car was booked in today. Car was in and out the same day. Couldn't ask for a better service. I didn't receive any tea, coffee or refreshments,(wasn't looking for any mind you) but come on now folks, it's not Starbucks - it's a car dealership. They fixed the car. I am happy.

Collected my new Leon Estate on Friday and I am absolutely delighted. I had to wait a bit longer than I wanted for it to be delivered but it has been worth the wait! The staff there are excellent. Professional, polite and knowledgable. Although, I'm sure, that all Agnew staff are as good, I just wish to take the time to mention Ashleigh, Nathan, and Dominic who assisted me throughout! I should also give a mention to Harry who assisted me in the latter stages. I strongly recommend Agnew's if you want a positive customer service experience and a great VFM motor!!!

Although it took two trips, the second time around I had my son with me and in a matter of hours I received the unlocking code for my Seat Alana Radio. The representative, John, was very helpful and I would recommend seeking his help with radio code unlocks.
