Visited the boucher Rd site with my wife to look at a vw t-rock and was looked after by Jordan , fantastic service and excellent sales approach the guy talked through in detail every part of the deal and him and his sales manager give us an excellent trade in price on our tiguan, the young girl noel give very helpful and informative information on finance that worked very well in to the exchange,yes would recommend this company very much and there level of hygiene is superb, thanks very much indeed, jim/Denise.

I cannot speak highly enough of this dealership. The customer service, care and support has been exceptional from both Lyndsey and Kevin in the Sales team. I purchased a VW Polo from England and the whole transaction from purchase to delivery was faultless, they could not do enough and went out of their way to answer all my questions including sharing videos of the car and answering all my questions. A good place... very people friendly and in the present Covid 19 environment exceptionally caring. I have used Agnew Volkswagen belfast for over 2 years ( nearly 3). They service and keep my T Rock Road worthy and in excellent condition. I could not fault their expertise or work ethic. There is nothing to much of an issue and very helpful when calling to raise a query . I have a service this morning and although mid pandemic, seating is avaliable in area that is compliant to regional standards. As front line worker that travels for over an hour to get here, it is great that I am not expected to wonder around with nothing opened. Fantastic service and hard to best. Faultless

I arrived at 9-45am 15min early was told car would be ready by 12-30. I checked and car was still sitting where I parked it until almost 11-00am before being taken into garage for quick service as they called it. At 1-30pm still no car had to enquire what delay eventually got keys for car at 1-45pm. Nobody came out explain delay untill got keys back when I was informed it required new rear brake pads Surely in interest of customer someone could have come out to inform me there was a delay but nobody did this was poor customer relations care

Top Class & Honest Service from this company. (10 Stars if I could) My Car didn't start on Saturday morning on my VW Passat which I had bought nearly 3 years ago from these guys, I rang up on Saturday morning at 08:45am explained the situation to be told by their service team to leave the car over that day. On Monday Morning I received a call from a girl called Lisa from Service (very polite and well mannered) to explain to me that my Starter Motor has gone, Lisa then carried on to explain to me the reason behind it was because of previous work (3months prior) they carried out on the car (fixing my clutch) they had not aligned the Starter Motor 100%, therefore told me they will take full responsibility in the cost of covering the work needing done. I couldn't be happier with the honesty from this company. Lisa has also offered me a Courtesy Car while the work is being done to my own Vehicle which I pick up later on. I would 100% recommend this company to all my family and friends . Top notch service. Very Grateful. James Haughey
