What a place to deal with!!! Was a real pleasure. The team are all so lovely and very professional. I initially came in to see Gary when I first thought about purchasing a Mini. Nothing to much trouble. I have had a few dealings with Brian who is excellent and very good at his job. Goes over and beyond to make sure the customer is happy!!! So so helpful and friendly! I arrived for my service and the car park was full. I asked a member of staff where I should park and he left what he was doing and moved one of the show cars for me, so I could take the space. Then I was politely shown to a waiting area, offered complimentary coffee or tea and traybake whilst they sorted my car out for me. Everything that happened to my car was explained to me in perfect detail. Lovely, polite service and all free of charge!

I enjoy coming down to bavarian mini! It's nice to relax here with their lovely coffee and wee treats! Personally well looked after, car serviced and also washed and given a wee valet inside too! Also good range of shops within walking distance to put in the time.
