From the very first moment I stepped into the showroom I felt relaxed and confident that I would purchase a vehicle most suited to my needs. I was immediately approached by a friendly receptionist who pointed me in the right direction and introduced me to Lauren Murray . It was refreshing to have no nonsense straight forward advice. Lauren kept me regularly updated regarding the delivery status of my car, which was hindered by issues outside of her control. Once the vehicle arrived, we had a swift handover and I left totally delighted with my new car. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I would not hesitate to recommend Lauren to any one looking to making a car purchase.

I recently acquired a second hand van from Charles Hurst Citroen. I was dealing with a sales person called Ethan Stewart-McGovern. The van was ideal for my needs. I was able to make a deal with Ethan which I was extremely happy with. I needed the van in a rush due to work requirements. Although this put him in a predicament he was able to get the van and paperwork ready within a few days, which I was very grateful for. Even three weeks after the sale, when I had a query about the van, he went above and beyond to resolve my question in an extremely timely manner. So I cannot recommend highly enough this car dealership, especially Ethan as it was a genuine pleasure doing business with him. Good Van = Happy Man

Just bought my 2nd Citroen car from Andrew McGrugan at Charles Hurst Citroen Belfast and can’t praise him enough ! Andrew is very friendly, helpful, polite and approachable. A down to earth guy who made us feel very welcome and at ease from the outset. He was easy to speak with and genuinely listened to what I said and what I was looking for in a car, my budget etc.. He was very knowledgeable about the variety of cars in the showroom, explaining the features in detail and he explained everything thoroughly in relation to finance, extra options & products, yearly services along with answering my many questions and emails!
