Sean kept us up-to-date on the anticipated delivery date and when there was a slight delay, he even arranged for a loner car for our use while we awaited the arrival of our new vehicle. We took delivery of our new Niro EV last Friday and are thoroughly delighted with both the vehicle and excellent customer service that Sean provided.
