5 stars isnt enough for the purchase experience I was given at charles Hurst Landrover! I couldnt say enough about the sales man (Martin Burns) he was amazing, attentive and considerate of my needs as a purchaser.
I had decided to spoil myself for my 40th and spend a bit more than I normally would on a car and the experience made it for me. The nice showroom the coffee the theater of the car reveal in the hand over bay, the setting up of sat nav, connecting phones, personalisation of the service really made the whole experience. Having bought from numerous dealers over the years and charles hurst previously on a few occasions the team at land rover really do push the boat out. I felt special and cared for and my kids really enjoyed it too! Handover was simple including change over of plates and v5 etc. Would recommend to anyone. Price wise market average not exceeding, but wouldnt even have minded paying extra for the service and experence provided. Def worth it 👌

I called Charles Hurst Land Rover Belfast on a Saturday morning at 9am from a coffee shop in Marble Arch in London and spoke to James Mclntosh , what a true Gentleman, for all the information he gave me over the phone of the vehicle was 100% accurate. I liked the car so much I was prepared to put down a £1000 deposit but again the honesty he said go on line and leave a £99 deposit which will secure the car. I ended up going to Belfast the following week and as promised I was picked up from the airport , taken for a road test etc and I got the best best deal and a good part exchange price for my car . Overall the customer from start to finish was amazing and the follow up call after delivery etc faultless. I would travel back to Belfast to buy another car soon. Matthew Sloan also helped and he was also very helpful.

I recently purchased my dream car, a Range Rover Evoque. The service from start to finish was exceptional from Reception staff to sales. When I had to wait for the salesman to become available I was locked after with Coffee and biscuits and the staff were very attentive. Really disappointed with the customer service... couldn’t be nicer when I purchased a vehicle last September ... but when I have emailed and enquired regarding upgrading and potential interest in business hire.. I have been met with unanswered emails and un-returned calls... however the ladies on reception have been fabulous and have tried hard to get me through to people I’ve needed to speak too.. however they obviously can’t force people to ring me back...
