I had an overall positive experience with Renault Boucher Road Belfast. I have limited knowledge of cars and was completely overwhelmed by so many makes, models and options. I popped into a number of dealerships and finally found myself talking with Ruth. I decided then that I would be placing my order with Ruth as she made the whole process extremely easy. Ruth put me at ease straight away and answered all of my many questions. Ruth was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I was incredibly thankful to Ruth for all her help and advice. She helped me decide on the right car for myself and my family and not once did I feel rushed. I collected my new car today and I am over the moon with it 😊 more than that though I am grateful Ruth was there to show me everything and I will definitely be returning to Renault in the future. Again I visited many showrooms and not once did I feel as comfortable as I did with Ruth. In fact I found many of them uninterested in helping me find the right car. I had been considering changing my car for some time and decided to pop into Charles Hurst Dacia Boucher road a few weeks ago to speak to a salesperson there, And am I glad that I did ? I was introduced to Paul in the sales department and we sat down and had a great discussion as to what my requirements and expectations were. Paul spent a lot of time and patience with me and explained what my options were and helped me understand the financial options etc that would be suitable for me. I can sum this all up very quickly by saying that as I left the showroom I have never felt more pleased with the deal that I had just negotiated and the excellent service and courtesy that Paul had given me. I would recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a New car to take the time to pay Hurst's Dacia a visit.

There was not a car for me to see but Paul talked me through all the modifications on the new model,and explained the benefit of a service plan in such detail i purchased one. I got my motability car from here. The motability consultant Ruth McKeown is honestly one of the most wonderful people I've met. Nothing was too much trouble for Ruth. Honestly went above and beyond to help. I have had to have it serviced. The first time I asked a man if someone could drive me over to a restaurant on Boucher Road? He looked at me with disgust and replied "It's only across the road walk" I explained that I was a motability customer and had problems walking, that's how I qualified for the car. The second time, was a better experience they organised for someone to come and collect the car, then return it when they had finished. It was greatly appreciated as I broke my tailbone after a fall. Which makes me think what would have happened if I tried to walk that first time, like the rude man said?

I was recommended by my daughter to contact Ruth mckeown at the Charles hurst dealership on boucher Road, as she done an absolutely fantastic job for my daughter in October/November 2020. I have to say this recommendation was by far the best I have ever experienced. We have had the best ever experience in picking and choosing and ordering and collecting our new car I have simply never felt an experience like it with any other dealership I've used over the years. Her bubbly personality and kind nature made it the best experience we have ever had in a lifetime of different cars.
