We were looking to change our car recently (April 2022) and immediately thought of Charles Hurst Toyota, Dundonald. Our daughter back in March of this year, bought a Hybrid Yaris from Charles Hurst Toyota, Dundonald and dealt with Dina Rourke. The service our daughter received from Dina was second to none and was the sole reason we chose to by-pass all other showrooms and head straight to Toyota Dundonald because of the excellent service received from Dina. We did specifically request Dina to be our Sales Executive as we felt we had built up a rapport with Dina during our daughter’s sale which I feel comes naturally to Dina as she is so friendly, approachable and gave us her full attention. Dina made the whole process of buying the car so easy and simple, nothing was too much trouble. Dina made sure that the customer service we received was nothing but the best! We asked about their service plan and Dina walked us through the benefits. Dina always took the time to discuss all options to fit our budget. Dina got us the best deal possible to suit our needs. Dina also made sure the car we purchased was perfect; well serviced and clean before we drove it away. At every stage, Dina made sure we were happy and comfortable. Dina Rourke has the natural ability to make every customer who walks through those doors feel special and more importantly, that your car purchase is the only one she has done that day, which for me, speaks volumes and is the type of customer service I like. Dina even came in on her Saturday day off just to do our handover this is how professional this girl is!) This I feel is a credit to Dina and her approach to customers because she listens and wants the best for you! At every stage of the sale Dina kept us fully informed. We are now driving a lovely Hybrid CHR which we are very happy with. We will definitely be returning to Charles Hurst Toyota, Dundonald sometime over next couple of years (or sooner if they have a newer car for same monthly payment!). Hint Hint . I cannot recommend Dina and Charles Hurst Toyota, Dundonald dealership highly enough the service is second to none really lovely and approachable Sales Executives and Tea/Coffee on tap! I wanted to leave a 5 star review as the service I received at Charles Hurst, Toyota in Dundonald was second to none. I had seen a car I was interested in online. When ringing to enquire about it, I got speaking to Barry Dean. Barry was fantastic he explained all the details in full and invited me in for a test drive. From the moment I arrived Barry was so friendly and professional. He made me feel very welcome and at ease. I had a test drive and loved the car (a Toyota C-HR) I knew it was the car for me! Following the test drive Barry and I went for a chat to discuss the best way forward for myself purchasing the car. After having a very bad experience in buying my last car with a different company. I was very apprehensive about purchasing another car. Barry was so professional, informative and reassuring. He had a lot of patience and felt he gave me his time and that he wanted me to get the best deal and experience after such a horrible one previously. When I arrived to pick up my car it was absolutely immaculate. I drove off feeling so happy and feeling I had made the right choice in every way with my car and the financial side too. I will definitely be back to Toyota and will hopefully have dealings with Barry again next time I go to upgrade. Thank you for the amazing service! Cannot recommend you guys enough!

My partner and I purchased a Toyota Agyo last week from Charles Hurst’s at Dundonald. Dina Rourke was the salesperson. We could not be more appreciative of the care Dina took of us. She gave us the impression that she was doing her best to get us a good deal. We bought a lovely car, took the Service Plan, Carmetic and Toyota Insurance. Dina provided information without being pushy and was knowledgeable, patient and professional. Dina delivered the car to our home and has arranged for parking sensors to be fitted. A place that deserves a 5 star review. I had to say goodbye to my 18 year old Toyota Yaris last month and I knew I wanted to stick with Toyota for my next car. Barry was very helpful with answering all my questions and showing me different cars. He showed me a wonderful Toyota Yaris that had not long came in and after a test drive I was pretty certain I wanted it. I am grateful of the service I received. I am a happy customer.

Many thanks to Charles Hurst Dundonald. We were looking for a car for my wife.she had the CHR hybrid in mind. With us living on the Isle of Man. We couldn't get a chance to come see the car first hand, But thanks to Dina she did a video of the vehicle and sent it over for us to see, car was exactly as Dina described..in her own words mint..and it was.we are very happy with our purchase.Dina was very easygoing not pushy like some garages we contacted. Even rang us a week or so after to see how it's going.. We just wish we could of got the service package as this was in our minds very reasonable. But not possible as we are on the IOM.
