This is the 3rd time myself or partner have purchased a car from Boucher Road. Chris was great giving us lots different options and advice regarding different cars as we weren’t entirely sure what we were looking for. Chris and Phil went above and beyond to help get us sorted and talked us through all aspects of the finance/purchase which helped us make an informed decision. They guys were so friendly and professional and made the process so easy for us. We appreciated all their help and honestly couldn’t thank them enough!

Really happy with attentive and professional support. I dealt with Phil Russell at the Used Car centre who was really helpful and easy to deal with. Ryan was absolutely superb to deal with. Initially from when I enquired about the car, he rang me and gave me abit of feedback on the car. I had booked the wrong slot and he even told me to come on ahead to test drive the car. We loved it from the start and although it had a few cosmetic scrapes, Ryan made sure these were sorted in good time and kept us constantly up to date. He didn't rush us into any decision and always kept us informed about anything .. paper work, finance etc. I would highly recommend his services and the fuel vouchers are just a complete bonus. Love it 😀

Had a great experience, again, after we said after my wife bought a Dacia that we'd go back, preferring to suit ourselves with the 'tried & tested'. So we did just that with this purchase. I had an idea about what I wanted. A younger Skoda, and I wanted an Estate for certain reasons. So I began speculatively looking and found something that fitted that mould, including financially. Called by with no appointment but Ryan at UseDirect on the #27 Boucher site was quick to free himself and answer my, admittedly at times, OCD questions. We test drove and liked this one in particular, and when I spotted some small imperfections (still barely any for a 4 year old car) - they were rapidly addressed to practically new standards. Genuinely impressed. And I don't think it took more than 30 minutes for a return call in the week we spoke back and forth. This is the 2nd time our house has went via UseDirect and I see no reason that we won't primarily look there again in future. The salesperson named above again had told me if I have any needs or questions, I know where they are. They clearly don't stop once the deal is done. That's a reassuring thing, they never stop. Top notch. We are very happy. (No incentive received for this review. -BPC).

I picked my new car up today that was sold to me from Declan who I found very pleasant ,helpfully and very attentive to me . The only two issues I had is that my car had 60 miles extra on it that I was told had been run up by the workshop (for why I've no idea )and also the valet on the inside was great but when I opened all the doors the trims inside where filthy When buying from charles Hurst I'd have expected first class . A bit disappointed but I do love the car thanks declan

Fantastic service when buying a used car with my MIL today. From the steaming hot coffee on a cold autumnal day, to the listening sales advisor absorbing the specific needs with regard to mobility, access, easy adjustable seats/windows/space within the car - to facilitating a test drive on no notice.
