E. W.Loads of cars to see but I was in to get a problem checked out. Super helpful, took a bit of time to diagnose but it was a rare occurrence; motor rotor position sensor. Got a re-learning process done on the sensor & no issues so far!
C. S.After sales team were excellent at working with us during the process of fixing my Mums car which had an undiagnosable electrical fault. Successful diagnosis & furthermore fixing a fault that couldn't be fixed anywhere else. People think dealers are overpriced... definitely not at Honda Belfast. Sorting a serious problem at very good cost and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Many thanks again Honda team!

T. T. C.I found out that Donnelly’s had moved from their Boucher Road site to the section where Starplan/McDonald’s are. If you get to McD’s you’ve gone too far. Service reception staff both really friendly and welcoming - with Ronan even directing me to the new site after I’d driven up every Z road around Boucher playing Hunt the Honda Dealer! On pick up I was told my car was just outside but I couldn’t see it. There was a gleaming car that kind of resembled mine but it looked like a brand new car so it was only when I stepped back and saw the reg plate that I realised it was mine. Back into the showroom to Service Reception who probably wondered ‘what now’. Just had to say thank you to them all for my brand new looking car that I didn’t even think was mine. Gleaming. Even had to say to the car ‘well look at you pretty girl!’. Disgusted the car didn’t say it back to me 🤣 Thanks as always. Donnellys Honda have looked after my cars for 12 years now. Cannot fault them.

C. H.My last review was left in error. I've had a mostly positive experience here, but I have logged my Bluetooth issue on every service appointment and it has failed to be fixed. I'm now told the radio is out of warranty but it wasn't when I first logged this.
A. T.Very helpful staff. I cycled there to collect my much needed parts that were there next day as advised (two bolts that hold the rear shocks in place). The staff were even kind enough to let my bring my cycle inside (I had no cycle lock with me).

C. W.Absolutely and totally trust-worthy. I've been taking my Honda to them for years now. Yes, parts can be a little expensive as some others have said in some reviews, but what you are getting is top-notch quality. I've been stung going somewhere else and getting mildly cheaper non-Honda parts in the early days of my Honda ownership - they didn't last half as long as the Honda parts, so it was a complete false economy in the end. Honda Belfast have also gone in and corrected shoddy work done by other garages, and I've never had any issues with the work done. Always comes with very good advice, and they don't do work on things that don't need it. They've never let me down, and they've always tried to get me a good price for work. Hoping to get a couple more years out of my ~20 year old Honda (ridculously reliable), and then get my next one from them. I wish everyone was as honest and trust-worthy as this gang!

A. L.On a road trip from Cork with a Honda civic, and on our way to Belfast, the warning light for low pressure on tyres came up. After checking the tyres ourselves we realized one of them had indeed low pressure. Filled it with air, but just to be on the safe size visited this Honda dealer before anything else, just before 5pm. Everyone there was really friendly, explained that we had a nail and advised it was easily fixed. They had it done in no time! We couldn't have a better welcome in Belfast!
