We were interested in a car we saw online during the weekend, called on Monday to receive a nice personalised video of the car and went over on Tuesday to have a look, where we were offered a test drive. We loved the car and David explained the process and our financial options. As it was our first time buying a car, we felt he made the process clear. First impressions not so good - counter staff seemed disinterested, and the Dacia they offered a test run in ... I got to the end of the car park and handed the keys back, as the clutch and gearbox were clearly about to fall out of it!! Return visit was better. An older staff member showed some interest, realised I had some knowledge of cars, and pointed me at a fantastic B-Max at less than the cost of the Dacia. Bit pushy on after-sales stuff like waterproof seats. When I say 'no' I really mean it. Just give me the keys and take my money.
