Deena was excellent, so kind, listened to what I wanted and endeavoured to meet my requirements. She was happy to talk to me every time I called, and Jim was also a great help when it came to sorting the finance application. The car was absolutley immaculate when I collected it and I am very pleased! :)

First impressions not so good - counter staff seemed disinterested, and the Dacia they offered a test run in ... I got to the end of the car park and handed the keys back, as the clutch and gearbox were clearly about to fall out of it!! Return visit was better. An older staff member showed some interest, realised I had some knowledge of cars, and pointed me at a fantastic B-Max at less than the cost of the Dacia. Bit pushy on after-sales stuff like waterproof seats. When I say 'no' I really mean it. Just give me the keys and take my money.

Our family have purchased lots of cars from Kevin, nothing is to much hassle for him we have purchased around 6 cars and referred so many people, Kevin is very attentive, helpful and professional! We wouldn’t go anywhere else now for another car, we will always go back to Kevin! Five star service! Thank you!

Excellent customer service as always from Jim. Always get my cars here, always 1st class service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jim is very thorough, and always ensures that the cars are ready to go when he says. Would never go anywhere else!

Chris was very helpful and explained everything well to me. Even replaced new brake discs,pads and shoes all round and new wiper blades and suspension springs. Good job all round. The car is driving perfectly.
